ATC Fitness is the only full-service 24/7 gym in Senatobia with a full variety of equipment to meet everyone's needs. We are also the only business to offer tanning in Senatobia. Our gym is very organized and uniformed, and we offer the same equipment as the large Memphis locations.
We have 6 different kinds of cardio equipment, machine weights, free weights, level 4 tanning beds, and HydroMassage chairs. One can benefit from using the HydroMassage chairs post-workout or even just after a long day’s work.
We have enough cardio equipment and multiple machine weights that target the same muscle groups to avoid a wait time. We also have free weights with dumbbells that go up to 100 pounds.

Good clean gym. I love being able to go whenever I feel like it. Very clean and organized. There are plenty of machines to get you any kind of workout you want to achieve. I hate that you can't tan or use a massage table at night. If you pay like everyone else, you should get the same perks even if you can't make it during acceptable hrs.

Clean gym. We have really enjoyed the Hydrobeds. Rowing machines and free weights. Bicycles as well as step machines. Very convenient location south of Hernando,Ms. Easy access off 55 south.

I like the gym. The employees are nice and professional. We all deserve a credit for the time they were closed. If one isn't credited, i will cancel my membership once i have used my tanning minutes.

One of the best gyms I’ve trained at. Small but perfect! Good Environment! The BEST staff!! We have Hammer Strength and metal free weights too. In all it makes a great gym.

If you're like me and have to go out of town and you miss your gym, you try to find one that will accommodate you for your timeframe. Well if you experience this and you're in North Ms, go by and see these awesome ladies, Jamie & Katie @ ATC in Senatobia.
