If you're passing through Red Bay, there's a good chance it's Tiffin related. We noticed this gym in the Tiffin Guest Guide. If you try to keep up with your fitness on the road but are leery of trying random gyms, this place is great. Machines are older but in good shape, don't expect a Lifetime Fitness or Ballys way out here.

I've never seen an entire section of a gym that's women only - two rooms full of treadmills, weight machines, free weights, etc - and the music isn't piped in on this side!

For $5/day or cheaper if you're staying a few days it's a no-brainer. The signup is a bit unique, stand at the door and call the number, the owner will buzz you in and set you up with a key fob within minutes and then you can come and go as you wish.

Takes <10 minutes from the Tiffin campground to drive to. Highly recommend.

Awesome gym. A must visit if you’re in the area

Old school atmosphere with lots of free weights and great machines, including some rare finds (pendulum squat, pullover machine, donkey calf, etc.). Only $5 for a day pass

Great gym, little crowded at times. My personal experience has been great with the owner Chris, his prompt ability to solve problems, and attention to detail. Would recommend this gym to anyone looking to better themselves.

Ooo, la, la :) What an amazing gym! This new building is so nice, and the location is great with plenty of parking. Love that this gym has two 'women only' rooms-- one room with work-out machines, treadmills and exercise bikes, and one big room for stretching, yoga, etc. ( mats available), and for the women's only exercise class offered at least 4X a week, in the morning and in the evening. Extra special, I think, is the children's room located between the two "women only' rooms. The children can color in provided coloring books at the child-sized table and chairs, watch TV or lay on the futon and rest.
The main room of the gym is very large with lots of work-out machines. The shower room and restrooms are clean also. This gym is just a win, win for everyone.

Awesome place!! Belmont is lucky to have a place, that honestly, belongs in a big city. Tons of free weights, women’s section, posing room, and classes. What more could you ask for? And at around $1 day. If I were to build a gym, it would be the Fitness Factory !! A+++
