Join a community that helps you set and reach your fitness goals! Burn Boot Camp in Oxford, MS features a constantly-changing mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training so you never get the same workout twice. Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. I have felt so welcomed and comfortable from the first day I joined Burn-Oxford! It has only been 6 weeks, but it quickly gets you hooked! It really is a little community of *mainly* women who want you to do your best like they’re trying to do as well! It’s tough, don’t get me wrong, but it’s the first time I’ve ever enjoyed working out!

Burn is the only group fitness program that I’ve ever been to that has such a strong , supportive community! There’s absolutely no judgement, so many different weight options, every move has a modification if you need more, or less. And, there are so many different class times that fit into anyone’s schedule . The trainers are so knowledgeable, so friendly and push you to be your absolute best! I love Burn!

I’ve been a member at Burn for about a month now and it’s the best exercise experience I’ve ever had! I can feel myself becoming stronger and gaining endurance each week and the workouts continue to challenge me every day. The trainers challenge you to show up for yourself by working hard every day. It’s also the best environment for someone who has dealt with toxic diet and exercise culture in the past! They focus on lifting heavy and eating well to fuel your body. Additionally, I’m a student at the law school and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to afford a group exercise environment but their student rates make membership extremely affordable.

I have been a member of so many gyms in Oxford. I have never been a part of anything like Burn. The trainers are skilled and motivating, and the community is unmatched. Major plus - so many camps with childcare! The workouts are consistently challenging, and I’ve see major changes in my body composition - even for someone who was “fit” before.

I signed up for the 7 day free trial because I was not sure if I was going to like it or be able to do it. The first class was hard but I felt like I had worked hard and it went by so fast! The coaches are so great and they meet you where you are at. If you can’t do the exercise full out, they give you an alternate way to complete the exercise. The community/fellowship is what keeps me coming back. The childcare was a must for me. It is challenging, but exactly what I need. Mentally, I am motivated and Burn is helping me to stay motivated! Burn is a great way to start your wellness journey!

I am thoroughly enjoying Burn Boot Camp - Oxford, MS. The class instructors are knowledgeable and anticipate needs by showing modifications to exercises. They are great encouragers of building strong healthy bodies the best way for you. The staff are attentive and make you feel welcomed. The workouts are amazing. I'm never bored and always feel challenged. The music is perfect for motivating us to keep going. The community of people who work out at Burn are supportive and kind. It is also a group of people of all walks of life--college-aged, young professionals, middle-aged, different fitness levels and body types, of different races and ethnicities. All are truly welcomed and supported. It is the one guaranteed hour for me in a day.

I couldn't find a gym I loved when I moved to Oxford so I did most of my workouts at home, but I missed having a workout community and I wasn't motivated to do strength training. I joined Burn when the gym first opened and I love it. The trainers and staff are amazing, and the classes are creative and varied so I never get bored. I love the community.

Oh Burn Bootcamp, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways....1)Burn is the first gym I've felt completely welcomed into from day one. They system themselves to promote comradery and to encourage each other unlike most gyms ive gone to. You know what I'm talking about- the typical cliky/ intimidation/ competitiveness/"this is my territory" vibe you get when you walk into most gyms. 2)This is the first gym that I've actually made friends in, I know peoples names and they don't look at me like I have 2 heads when I try to be friendly. Working out has been part of my life for the last 8 years and I've been a member of several gyms. 3)Burn works you out like no other, and they strategically assemble the camp to get different body parts throughout the week so you don't wear out or get injured. 4)You aren't going to do flutterkicks 5 days out of the week. 5)Its fun, engaging, and you can make it as hard or as easy as you want on yourself which makes it perfect for everyone, 6)We will even cheer you on as we are all doing wall sits waiting for you to finish your last 10 burpees👏👏👏. 7)Our trainers are amazing, Jayde is a BOSS and pushes you to be the absolute best version of yourself reminding you constantly of why you are here. 8)They correct your form. This is the first group setting I've been in where trainers actually pay attention to everyone individually and correct you if you are not doing something the right way or quick to give you a modification if they can tell your struggling. And 9) they do it in a way that doesn't make you feel lesser than. 10) I just love them and I think you would love them too! Come join us!!
