Love this cute little workout spot! The girl who does childcare is a sweetheart, and the Tue/Thur step aerobics class is an incredible cardio workout!

It's clean and the staff are nice. They do a lot of programs here. The gym is small and you're really limited, but for this town it's good. The basketball court is alright, although can get very hot in the summers.
There's a pool, but being public, you'll have to watch out for "accidents".
