Love this gym and the staff. Owner is very friendly and eager to help problem shoot any issues with membership. As a new to Pilates person with several orthopedic issues, they are willing to work with me to modify the workout so I get the best results without hurting myself.

I’ve had such a great experience at Club Pilates Hattiesburg! The customer service is outstanding—every instructor and front desk team member is warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in helping you feel comfortable and confident. The workouts are incredibly effective, too. Each class challenges you in the best way, and I’ve noticed real improvements in strength, flexibility, and posture.

I also really appreciate how straightforward their cancellation policy is if I ever need to cancel (God forbid). Everything was explained clearly upfront, with no surprises or confusing fine print. It made the whole experience feel honest and stress-free.

Highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a supportive environment and a truly impactful Pilates workout!

** The fact that the Hattiesburg Club Pilates owner would only reach out to me after a Google review is insane!!! I reached out to the gym multiple times months ago before the review and honestly never intended to end to the membership! 1st time I was told that if I could not attend the classes I would just be at a loss spending $159 a month for a service I can’t use because of the 30 policy to freeze or cancel membership. Also if you do need to freeze it’s $25/month. Never informed until today 11/26 that I could pay $100 early cancellation fee. But to threaten me with calling the police is overboard! I never threatened to harm or cause harm. Just asking questions on why I was still being charged. Then now to call after a Google review offering a refund $59 after you have already charged me $159 for another month of service + $20 fee outside of the 3 months (promo deal) and the request to cancel the membership. Absolutely a joke! & No I will not take down my review because it’s very valid and it did happen!! People need to know what they are signing up for. Great for the ones that have had a good experience but don’t be fooled by the fake reviews!!! Wish them well but 0/10 customer service is a key factor in business doesn’t mean that the customer is always right but just know the way you handle your paying clients/members will definitely define your business. Be Great I still have 8 credits that I was charged for so why not make the best of it!!! Again don’t recommend! 0/10 be blessed❤️🙏🏾

Attending Club Pilates has been a blessing in more ways than one. The instructors are knowledgeable and encouraging. The studio is beautiful, spacious and the atmosphere is something you just have to experience for yourself. I have improvements in my strength, posture and flexibility. My personal testimony is I have lost 2 inches in my waist since I started Club Pilates

This studio is very clean, new, and the team has a great positive culture. I was so nervous and embarrassed about my strength and flexibility but Annette at club Pilates was very encouraging and welcoming. I seriously love this studio. I’ve been going to Club Pilates for a while now, and every single class leaves me feeling stronger, more aligned, and actually excited to come back. The instructors are so encouraging and intentional! they always help correct form, give modifications, and push me in a way that still feels safe.

The vibe is super clean, calm, and welcoming, and I never feel judged walking in, no matter how tired or sore I am that day. Pilates has honestly helped my running and lifting so much, and I’ve noticed a huge difference in my core strength and posture.

If you’re thinking about trying it, do it. It’s the best part of my routine.
