Club Pilates has been life changing for me, I suffer from RA and I haven’t been able to exercise in years. I’m able to do Pilates with no joint pain and the bonus is , I’m in my 3 rd week and have already lost 9lbs.

I am thoroughly enjoying reformer Pilates at Club Pilates Snowden Grove. I’ve been attending 4-6 times weekly for about two months and can see definite improvement in mobility and my hip pain has subsided a lot! I sleep so much better since I started! All the instructors have been very helpful and are very knowledgeable!

I can’t say enough great things about Club Pilates Southaven! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the incredibly kind and supportive staff. The instructors are not only knowledgeable but also patient and encouraging, making sure everyone—from beginners to experienced members—feels comfortable and confident.
The studio is always clean and well-maintained, with top-notch equipment that makes each class enjoyable. The workouts are challenging yet adaptable, and I appreciate how the instructors take the time to offer modifications when needed. I’ve already noticed improvements in my strength, flexibility, and overall well-being!

I started Club Pilates in October, attending twice a week, and I was immediately hooked. I loved it so much that I upgraded to the unlimited membership and now go every day—sometimes even taking two classes back-to-back! The instructors are knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly motivating. While the equipment may look intimidating at first, they guide you through everything step by step.
Since starting, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my overall muscle tone, especially my core. Pilates has also enhanced my performance in other workouts I do. I highly recommend the Snowden Grove location! The staff is warm and welcoming, and the open, inviting atmosphere of the Pilates room makes every class enjoyable.

Club Pilates Snowden Grove has been a great addition to the community. The instructors are knowledgeable and super encouraging. I joined when they opened in September 2024 and take classes at least 3 times a week. I can feel and see a welcomed difference in my body and mind. If you are on the fence about Pilates, please give the studio a call or stop by. The staff is lovely and explains things very well.

I have been going to Club Pilates at this location exclusively for almost 2 months, and have done about 35 classes. From the first free intro class, I was hooked! I’d never done Pilates before, but I knew I wanted to lose weight, get stronger, and become more mobile and flexible. I also desperately needed something for self-care and balance in my life. Club Pilates has delivered all of those things. I go about 5 times per week; not just because I want exercise but because this is becoming my happy place. It’s women of all different shapes, sizes, and ages all coming together for wellness and hard work and the vibes are great. I have done class with all of the instructors, and there’s no one I don’t like. They all have different strengths and bring different skills and training to the table. Everyone who works there is overtly kind and encouraging, and it feels like I’m part of something great. At first I thought their attendance policy would be a problem for me (you get charged if you cancel a class booking within a 12-hour period) however, that policy has been AWESOME for me. If I have a lower motivation day, I still go to avoid an extra charge, but then I’m always glad I went afterward, even if I had to drag myself there in the beginning. I genuinely don’t have anything negative to say about my experience so far, and I’m excited to continue. I can see my body changing, feel myself getting stronger, and am noticing SIGNIFICANTLY better mobility in my muscles and joints. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

this place is fantastic! i’m a pilates newb and they do a really great job of making you feel right at home no matter what level you are. i’m only three classes in and can’t wait to go back. tamara and patty are fantastic instructors…looking forward to meeting the others too. really excited to have found pilates and to be excited about working out again!
