I never should have joined this gym. I asked months ago about canceling my membership and was told I would be charged for the next month as well. Then today November 8,2025 I spoke with a young lady that told me if I don't make my payment in full my account couldn't be closed. I am still going to be charged until I pay 70 bucks. I better not!!!!!!!!

I love this gym. It’s always kept clean and organized, with a team in there daily to make sure nothing gets bad. It’s a very safe environment with a culture of everybody going there to better themselves, so I can always focus on my workout without much distraction. The only reason I have 4 stars is they occasionally have facility issues that take a while to fix, like the water fountains’ coolers not working so they give warmer water, and bathroom supplies seem to run out quicker than they get them stocked. Other than that, amazing, clean facility with positive and encouraging staff and well-maintained equipment!

If you can’t quite zero in on a gym schedule or if your free time is erratic, then Club 4 Fitness is the gym for you!!! While the DAC (Southaven) might have more equipment and more space, the 24 hour access makes all the difference in the world!!! Plus it’s conveniently located close to my home.

This gym water source is trash! I’ve been a member for over 5yrs and this last past full year the water is off 5times per month!! I’m talking no running water!! When you tell the staff they charge you for the bottled water… I’m an endurance athlete, I don’t mind bringing or supplying my own water but this is really getting old!!! Decent gym if you’re cool with pulling up and chancing running water! Crunch fitness I pray you keep your water running cause here I come!! New location opening 10mins from this location if anyone else is tired of the same in 2weeks.

DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM they charged me $50 dollars for going into the gym thinking I had a 24/7 access to the gym because that’s what I asked to pay for and thought I was signing up for then I called and asked why I was getting charged and the GENERAL MANAGER started to scream at me saying that me and my friend were trying to sneak in the gym I’ve paid for my membership for a year and my friend has as well and the second I had an issue the boss started to scream and then when you give her the same energy she hangs up in your face completely unprofessional and they do not care about you they just care about your money I contacted customer support and all they did was tell me to talk to her again and as you can tell everyone else seems to have similar problems I recommend going any where else but here and truly think that this gym should not be running anymore after looking at all of these reviews

Be careful!!!!!! I had a disappointing experience at Club 4 Fitness Horn Lake. They charged me $50 simply because I held the door open for someone when entering. They gave no warning or notice and I only discovered the charge after reviewing my bank statement. When I called to inquire, they said it was because I held the door. This policy seems unfair and poorly communicated.

I am writing this review because Club Fitness is wrongfully charging my card for a membership that I cancelled in 2024. I visited the gym in 2024 to cancel my membership, but staff informed me that they only 'froze' my account. In December 2024, I discovered unauthorized charges on my card. When I contacted Club Fitness, they mentioned the annual fee, but my membership should have been cancelled six months prior. Even after the lady agreed to wave the fees and cancel my membership, they continued to charge my card with pending cancellations.I feel like I’m being harassed. It shouldn’t be this hard to cancel a membership.

Super expensive basic packages with no amenities. Women’s locker room always smells like feces. With how much you pay to even be there, they could at least install some better ventilation and some fragrance sprayers. The equipment is fine, basic. Only half the people who use them clean them though, so be sure to clean whatever you’re using before and after. Literally a waste of money and you can’t even get any of it back. So before you consider this gym at this location, please consider the bad reviews first. Most of them are similar and I’m giving you the inside scoop beyond surface level. 🙌

I decided to sign up again for membership at this gym. I would first like to say that this is a great facility because not only does it accommodates my schedule but there is a variety of equipment to take advantage of to accomplish your goals. But the customer service I received this morning from the representative Kenya was to say the least unpleasant. I guess she assumed that since I had membership before that I was aware of how the payments work and I was not so she attempted to make me sign up on the terms and conditions without explaining. I believe I had membership almost a year or two ago so things can change. Also, I had to repeat my banking information multiple times due to her bad listening skills. The whole process was rushed. Whether someone is new, existing or a returning customer, customer service still should be a priority. I pray that going forward I would feel welcome while coming into this establishment.

Sadly what was a good experience was ruined by Peak, their payment processor that charged me for a month after I sent a cancellation notice. Evidently the club believes that the last payment received from me is more valuable than any goodwill.My warning to anyone considering this club is DON'T. Additionally I have been told that should my bank reverse the charge,Peak will send my account to collections and most likely affect my credit rating . Shameful

Rude front desk girl. Tried to call and she repeatedly kept hanging up. As she went to hang up on the 3rd call, i heard her say " im not answering that phone number no more." So went up there in person to find out why I was being charged after canceling membership since she wouldn't talk to me over the phone. She got smart with me and was very condescending.

I visit this gym quite frequently and it is great when it isn’t packed to compacity which is only on weekends. They have enough machines to be productive, but what they don’t have is SPACE. On most days, the gym is overly packed with members and the trainers take up quite a bit of space training large groups of members. The trainers train using a bootcamp/obstacle course technique and it takes up a lot of space that they really don’t have. I had an incident on last week that really made me consider finding another gym. I was mid way through my workout and one of the trainers asked me to move because he needed to use the machine I was using to train. He didn’t ask, how many sets I had left or how much more time did I expect to be on the machine. I mean there was nothing done to potentially accommodate me. I was extremely upset because that caused me to have to rearrange my workout for that day and also caused me more time in the gym. If you don’t have the proper space to accommodate your group classes AND your members that aren’t receiving training than maybe you should consider a larger space but at the very least, BE CONSIDERATE! We all are paying customers so we should all be treated fairly and equally. My time and goals are just as an important as those that are being trained.

I signed my son up less then a month ago. I called to cancel because after signing him up we are having to move unexpectedly. My son has not even been to because of it. So less than a month and never used the facility. They tell me they can request a cancelation but I would not only be charged another month at $15. I was also going to be charged a $44 yearly maintenance fee!! I'm actually ok with paying the $15 because they told me that could happen when canceling however I was not explained to that I would still get charged a yearly maintenance fee. That is pure robbery considering there was no maintenance to be had! So at this rate I'm going to be charged a total of $83 for less than a month of being signed up, and never using the facility.

I have been a member of club for fitness for at least 3 years at the Horn Lake, Ms. location. I attempted to work out on October 18, 2020 around 6:30 P.M. I was stopped by a desk worker requesting a picture, I expressed to her that today was not a good day for a picture. She became aggressive and demanded that I take a picture today or my account would be frozen unless a picture was immediately taken. I asked her to contact the manager. The manager stated that she had been over the club for two months, and that was a requirement that she established for her club. I expressed to the manager that I had a medical condition and I was not in the position to take a picture, I assured the manager that I would take a picture after my medical condition ended. The manager was relentless, she demanded that either I take a picture or my account would be frozen. My concern I expressed to the manager was since I had been a member of the club there has never been an issue for a picture to be taken. I went on to explain to the manager that pictures were not apart of the membership policy agreement that I signed. The manager did not agree with the membership policy agreement, and downplayed the club 4 fitness policy. I understand policy and procedure, however, the manager was requiring me to do something that was not in the policy agreement that I signed. This issue was taken out of context, all because I did not want a picture taken due to a medical condition on my face. If a picture was policy and in my membership agreement, today would not have been an issue because my picture would have been taken 3 years prior. I would like to speak with someone further about this issue. There should have been an accommodation for my health impairment such as a drivers license picture, instead of my account being immediately frozen. I have never had an issue with this club until today. Within this managers 2 month leadership I am sure the membership will decrease because of lack of knowledge of how to resolve conflicts, and keeping customers satisfied. In conclusion, I have no problems with following any directives on my signed membership agreement. Professional Development is definitely needed for the manger, who has only been in authority for two months.

The regional manager contacted me and apologized to about my concern and completely fixed it. The regional manager was extremely nice and caring and immediately took ownership of the mishap of an unfortunate subordinate employee. I appreciate the phone call and the care and concern that bestowed upon me. Thank you . I am upgrading my review

Love the gym. But the trainer is very rude. My consultation was 10 min. He came in late and smelled of alcohol; on top of watching him throw a weight across the floor in others work space because it was in his way.
