I wish I could give zero stars. My family and I stood in the front for about five minutes while no one greeted or assisted us. A young white lady with a long blonde ponytail and a middle part walked past us and around the desk looking for something while never acknowledging us. After about another 2 more minutes, I approached her asking if she works there. She said yes, and went back to what she was doing. I then asked if there was someone else that could assist us and she replied saying both managers are busy and need about 15 minutes before they can help us and that she didn’t know how to work the computer. I asked her about the kids sports fitness class and she said they don’t offer that they only offer tumbling and gymnastics. I asked if there was another location and she said Hernando. I called them to see if they offered sports fitness like the website says and she said no that would be the Olive Branch location where we had just had the unfavorable experience.

My kids have tried a few different classes here… definitely hit or miss depending on the instructors… they kept doing the same things, often very boring for the kids, many instructors seemed inexperienced/young/bored and didn’t teach new things for several classes. Kids ninja classes are not that ‘fun’… more of just working out.

My daughter loves it here. She’s taking gymnastics to build her extra skills for dance. She is partially deaf & wears hearing aids in both ears. The girls are so patient with her. Everyone is really nice. They’re reasonable with pricing, and the makeup days they allow help with our schedule.

Conxion OB is the BEST gym in the area. The coaches work hard with every single student. Regardless of their skill level, the students receive individualized feedback (even during class settings). The coaches are knowledgeable, positive, and encouraging. It is a fun, safe, family environment for all ages!

My daughter had a birthday party here. The place is a very clean and well maintained facility. There were fun gymnastic drills fir the children. My only complaint was that the birthday rentals are fir only an hour and a half. We ran out of time and birthday girl was no able to open her presents in front of her guests. I would recommend Conxion for a party.

Why have I never heard of this place! If you have kids from 2-12ish, your kids NEED to try this place out! Balance beam, warped wall, ball pit, inflatables, etc! And on top of that, the service provided is priceless! They make sure your kids are safe and know how to play on each obstacle!

They have a lot of different classes that my son loves like parkour and ninja warrior. It's easy to find. Plenty of parking. The prices for classes are decent. Their spring break camp was a good reprieve for me lol. The staff is ok but could have better customer service.

The gym material is quite exceptional, although I had issues with the help. The employees at the front desk did not seem attentive and were not at the desk half the time. When they finally were, they did not know how to help me pay for lessons and needed another employee to help.

We went there for my sons friends birthday party and my son enjoyed it a lot. A good place to expend the energy for toddlers. Even after the party he wanted to go back in! The coaches and staff are nice and friendly. They were trying hard to remember the kids names and calling each by their name.
