I get the opportunity to drop into CrossFit Flora a few times a year, and I keep going back because this is where’d I’d be if I lived in the area.

The coaching and programming are excellent; all of the staff describe movements in easy-to-understand ways, and are incredibly encouraging when they provide feedback.

The culture is also one of the best I’ve had the privilege to experience. I’ve been able to drop in periodically for the past four years—and after my first visit, folks recognized me, remembered conversations, and made me feel like I never left.

If you’re looking for a gym in the area—I think you’ll be hard pressed to find a more fun, enjoyable, and hardworking group of folks—I hope you’ll give them a shot.
