I truly enjoy my experience at Crunch Fitness. The HIIT class with Nate and the Zumba class with Liza are both engaging and fun. I enjoy coming here. Sometimes its a little too crowded in the building, but that’s not really a big deal. I come enough to notice the regulars including myself. I think the staff needs to be more sociable. The gym is clean and I’ve never had a problem with anyone.

This gym is best gym in Hattiesburg! There is a lot of gym equipment to choose from and recently expanded so there is a bunch of room. There are several classes to choose from as well. Not to mention, the staff is always nice and friendly. I highly recommend going to this gym!

This Crunch is one of the highest Google review ratings I've seen and it did not disappoint. Everything in this space was clean - equipment, mirrors, floors, bathrooms. amazing clean and we watched two employees cleaning the entire time we were there. The young man at the front desk - great smile, sincere greeting.
If Crunch Fitness were smart, they would invite the owner/manager of this location to teach others how to run a gym.
Sorry we were only passing through and this isn't our home Crunch.

I am changing my review because many of the machines are out of order or not being serviced. I heard the membership was going up, so why am I paying for machines that are down for months at a time. Also they allow members to slam the cable weight machines which is not good on the pulleys and cables. So again why am I going to be charged extra so other members can wreck the machines?

Used needles on the floor in the bathroom. Wish I could ad pictures to this review so I could post the needles on the bathroom floor. Disgusting. The dude they have working the night shift doesn’t do a damn thing. Just yaps on the phone to his boyfriend the whole time. Doesn’t do any cleaning, rarely checks anyone in. Pretty sure most of the people in there at night aren’t even members. Gonna find somewhere else to start lifting because this is pathetic.
