I was in the neighborhood for my cousins Bachelor party. The Crunch around my house won’t open until October so it was nice to kind of check it out before ours opens. I have to say I did a free day pass and I was sold from the moment I walked in. The staff member who helped me check in was super friendly and helpful even offered to show me around but I didn’t want to take him from his post. Definitely if I am ever in the area again I look forward to another visit. Wish I would have had more time to check out some classes just to get a peak. I was more excited to come home and tell my wife about how nice the gym was over the events of the bachelor party lol. Thank you again for being friendly and welcoming.

This place is a home away from home. The atmosphere is very positive. There is no equipment shortage. Everything is spaced out nicely where everyone has room to workout. On top of that, the staff are super friendly, and very helpful. Some are like family - except not dysfunctional, and not judgmental. They are the type of family who lift you up and praise you for just being around. 💪🏼

They do need another one of the upright pec/back machines. There are people waiting to use that machine on a fairly regular basis.

I signed up prior to the Long Beach property being built. At that time we attended the D'Iberville location which we loved. We were excited to have a gym like this just 5 mins away from our home in Long Beach. But, when the Long Beach facility finally opened, it was much smaller and lacked many pieces of equiptment we loved at the D'Iberville location. The HIIT classes are sometimes super loud, overpowering the music in my headset but i sometimes change my workout times to avoid it. Some of the staff have been less than welcoming, but i'm working out on my own so there's that.

I would with it a four but I went with a 3 Becuase there stuff is always broken like👎. And they don’t fix it if no one tells them about they would leave it for like a year maybe like one of there machine is broken and it been like idk 1 month and they haven’t fix it yet. It a good a gym they try to keep it clean but they don’t do a good job at fixing stuff.

The website says no contract, but they require you to sign an agreement same thing. They require automatic withdrawal from a checking account or credit card. If you look up reviews on Crunch Fitness they're all these complaints with the Better Business Bureau about how they won't stop the withdrawal when you want to stop your membership

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Make sure you read the fine print before signing up with a personal trainer. I didn’t even attend any classes before I tried to cancel my contract. I signed my contract through the keypad, I was never given anything on paper or via email. Nor did the manager inform me of a cancellation fee or I would have never signed up. Did I mention the fee is $300 to cancel?! It’s originally $900 but I was getting a “deal”. Now they keep trying to charge my account. Instead of speaking with the manager (Austin) he sent someone new over to help which resulted in no answers or help for me. I tried to call corporate but there’s no contact number. And you can’t cancel your monthly membership unless you pay your annual fee which is ridiculous. My best advice is do your research before signing up with crooks.

This gym is a 5-star experience all the way! Every single employee is friendly and helpful. The space is clean as a whistle, amazing classes offered, plus tanning beds, hydro massage, and personal training. Plenty of equipment without having to wait. Here is the deal: this gym is solid if you want a place to workout. It is a gym and a rather clean one at that. That's why there are 3 stars. The 2 remaining stars are for $50 each in unexpected expenses for my one month of membership...

Maybe I misunderstood or was misinformed. This is possible and is probably as far as this will go even if I get a reply... all of this was probably in the fine print somewhere nobody bothers to look. But if you are going to sign up, be sure you know the ins-and-outs of cancelling if you don't have long-term plans to stay. That's my advice and here's the story:

I paid for a $25 week-pass in November and then decided to pay an additional $1 to extend that through the end of the year... sounds like a great deal. What I did not know, nor was I told that, not only would I have to pay the annual fee of $40something, but if I did not cancel more than 10 days in advance, I would owe for another month (-$10 for me). Thus, when I went in today, to no fault of the workers there at the time, I was told that I would owe $70 to cancel..... that is RIDICULOUS! I am cancelling because I don't have the $10 for another month... man.
I asked when I signed up if I could cancel anytime and the answer was yes... however that yes apparently had strings attached and one of them is a non-negotiable $40something annual fee. This was extremely frustrating as a broke college student just looking for a gym while I'm home (that I didn't even get a chance to use lol).
After this $100 rollercoaster I will probably be looking for a gym elsewhere after school so that I at least know what I am being charged and when. This was the most expensive tshirt I have ever bought. I have contacted customer service to see if there is any way some of this could be refunded but I have a feeling that it was in the long fine print... I will keep this updated if they reach out.

Although, I am a new member to this particular crunch location, my past experiences with crunch have been pleasant ones. However, on 10/22/22 I witnessed myself and about 8-10 other members waiting outside the doors, which according to the website open at 6am, for over an hour. I arrived at 5:58am and there were several cars already waiting only to end up leaving after several minutes of no one arriving to open the doors. As members we provide payment for the services and facility that crunch provides and it’s unfortunate that situations like these even occur. Thankfully, I have another membership and am able to follow my morning routine, I can only hope the other members who left before me have the same.

Love this place. Going through a tough time but at the end of my day I go here and I feel less alone in the world. The ladies in the classes and instructors are all so nice. This is a great gym. My only beef with them is they are not honoring the commitment of being a 24 hour gym for which I orginally joined. If we don't have that option, why do we have to pay the same price as Oceans Springs location that is 24 hour. I assume it is the same owner. Otherwise, great location, great staff and great amenities.

I want to give them a higher rating because I do see they are taking positive steps to keep us safe. I am "high risk" so it is important to see businesses I frequent do the right things. Employee masks need to be properly worn to be effective. I know they are hot (try to work out in one) and it can be hard to breathe. Worn over your mouth but not your nose defeats the purpose. Members should also be reminded verbally as we enter to wipe down the equipment. While most people are, some are not and it isn't for lack of signage, paper towel or sanitizer. I looked forward to working out again and as long as I feel Crunch continues to take appropriate measures to minimize Covid infection potential, I will continue to go and hopefully will find I can upgrade my rating.

Friendly staff and this location doesn't get as crowded as the Planet Fitness in Gulfport. The only complaint I have is that cable weights in the back near the locker rooms need to be check to see if they are even working properly. They seem so much heavier then other gyms I have used and even the other cable weights next to them.

This place is so great that me and my husband joined together. They have a great plan that starts at $29 but the basic member plan starts at $9 if you served in the military this is a great place for you.they have a training counseling on site to help you and great spin classes plus, Zumba class is available.
