Large well equipped facility with outstanding staff and management. The place is huge, allowing machines to be spread out enough so you aren't continually navigating around other people. Music get's a little raunchy at times for a gym that is supposed to be family-friendly.

I’ve been working out here for 2 months and this is the worst gym I’ve ever been to in my life. The trainers and gym staff are so rude and attitude is disgusting to be around. I watched the “manager” look at me and begin to point at me while speaking to another trainer! I have never been so uncomfortable in my life!

The staff are very friendly, but there are plenty of issues with the gym. First, the elbow pad on the bicep curl machine is always ripped up and needs replacing.

Secondly, the music is far too loud— Even with ear buds, I can still hear the loud music being played (why would you need external music if 99% of people wear ear buds?).

Thirdly, it’s annoying to walk in to the weight lifting area and 3-4 guys are standing around with their shirts off sweating on the equipment. Crunch Fitness policies claim shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, so the staff doesn’t enforce the policies well.

Lastly, the bathrooms need better cleaning. I’ll leave it at that.

I am really disappointed in this gym. I created my membership online a month ago. It clearly states month to month no commitment when signing up. I called yesterday to cancel my membership and they told me I had to come in. I went in and they told me I couldn’t cancel until 60 days. After I paid the annual fee. I told them online it clearly states that there in no commitment and I can cancel anytime.
This gym is nasty! They never clean the tanning beds, the bathrooms are nasty and never have toilet paper.
The equipment doesn’t look like it’s ever cleaned properly either.

And the people who work here aren’t the friendliest either.

The equipment here is good quality. The staff could definitely improve on their professionalism. As long as that doesn’t bother you I recommend it. They keep cleaning supplies out and bathrooms are in good shape.

One of the most shady businesses I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They are continuing to draft my bank account after I’ve cancelled my membership and WILL NOT respond to any of my emails. I’ve provided proof that I cancelled the membership and sent photos of the draft coming out of my account, but have yet to get a response. I am resorting to canceling my debit card and ordering a new one to stop the drafting. Do not do business at this establishment! Extremely disrespectful.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Crunch Fitness Ridgeland and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. One of the first things that struck me was the sheer size of the gym. Every class I have gone to, but one, the instructor was late to the point where I wondered if we were even having class. I just want to give a major THANK YOU to the Crunch Gym manager and staff in Ridgeland, MS. I was member since the gym opened and just transferred to another Crunch because I moved to Alabama. I work in the field of public health so I was very skeptical about going to Crunch during the pandemic. But I was EXTREMELY impressed by the measures that Tiffany and here staff are taking to keep the patrons healthy. They have ample hand sanitizer, AMPLE bottles of cleaning solution, wipes and paper towels. AND they ask patrons to wear masks inside the gym (of course some rogue patrons pull their masks down once they are in the gym) but I have heard the gym staff ask people to wear their masks. Furthermore, the manager and staff are very welcoming, and have great attitudes and several even greet me by name when I enter and leave the gym.

I was expecting that same level of professionalism, and cheerful attitude from the staff at the new Crunch gym that I transferred to and the same amount of precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19. I was totally dismayed when I went to the gym for the first time this morning. I entered the gym, I was not greeted by the staff at the front desk, and I didn't see any significant measures being done to prevent the spread of COVID-19. I took me less than 30 seconds to observe the high number of people in the gym without a mask anywhere in sight. I turned around, went to the desk and asked to freeze my membership. I was very disappointed.

I think Tiffany and the Ridgeland staff deserve major kudos!! That is the only thing that I miss about Mississippi.

There is a lot of space to get your workout on solo. The classes I've experienced though, have been another story. Crunch Fitness prides themselves on being a judgment-free facilicty but the teachers/coaches seem to be quite judgemental.

If you're new to working out in public, i wouldn't recommend starting here.

I have been out of a gym for almost two years. I went from being super dedicated to being a couch potato. I had given up. I was in between jobs and couldn’t really afford a membership. The rates here are great. They offer a variety of classes at all times of the day. Members are cordial. The staff is super friendly and encouraging. Anthony is ace!!! I am trying to recruit folks from my work to go with me at noon for some classes. I can’t say enough about this place. So jacked about feeling good again and getting back into shape!!! Thanks Crunch!! P.S. Chris almost killed me today but I loved it.

I have been going to this gym for a year now, and it is great. Big gym with lots of quality well-working equipment (access to sleighs, trx, as well as weights, and cardio) great classes (zumba, and missy's classes are great), hyrdomassage anytime you want, good hours, and even at their busiest, it isnt bad. Not intimidating, and none of that thirst you get from going to planet fitness or other clubs... Just a good workout! I havent been to the hiit classes, private training, or tanning yet, but its also available. And it is such agreat price for all of it!

Great workout facility. Showers. Scales. Lockers. Even has a daycare in it! Equipment is some of the best I’ve ever seen and state of art. Awesome workout environment whether packed or empty. Also, has all types of classes if you get the premium membership but even with the basic you won’t be disappointed by what you get. Only thing is they aren’t 24 hours but the word is their working towards that endeavor. If they do that and you are near the Ridgeland area or pass it on your commutes than it’s almost a must you join. Look forward to seeing you there. 💪🏾💯💪🏾

Look I cancel my membership with them July 9. They are still charging me. I haven’t been in three months. I cancelled that membership in July. I have proof I cancelled my membership. See here, the reviews don’t show what they are really doing. It might be pretty or look good on the inside. Look up church fitness I’m not the first. They have stolen $158 from me. I’m very upset. Why did you charge me $83.95 then that same month you took my regular membership 29.95 that in July then September you took 44.95. This don’t add up. My back statement don’t add up. Please use a pre play card. I really hate I joined. This the first gym I ever hate. If I have to sue them and tell the world how they are stealing and getting ppl money even when they cancel the membership I will.
