Man! Man! Man! If you are looking to unbig your back then I dare you to book any of the group fitness classes! Elisha R.- barbell 45 class will challenge you but the results will be amazing you will get a great workout to a 🔥 playlist!! Andre aka “The trainer with the beard”- his spin class will have your legs burning but the energy in the room keeps you going love his ted talks!! Sidney is also an awesome trainer fun atmosphere!! Love this gym!!

This gym is very dishonest when soliciting to sign up and now they are telling me I have a bill due and the guy clearly stated there would not be a bill for the the first 2 months after the location opened. Called today about this so I told them to cancel the membership because they would not honor what the employee told me back in June. Now they are saying I have to wait two months to cancel. Keep in mind I haven’t even had a chance to use this membership because the gym is to crowed and no equipment available to work out on. Membership should be canceled just on the dishonesty that has been going on. 0 ⭐️ Take a look at all the comments and ratings hopefully it will lead you to stay away from this company.

I got a response from Crunch and all they can say is that I believe it’s miscommunication! No it wasn’t I have stated all facts and seeing that your just give excuses and and not solving the problem should others know to stay away from this place

I love it here super spacious!

I’m giving a 3 star because the person I was supposed to meet with for the kickoff (Preston) definitely didn’t remember that I met him when I signed up at the front desk (don’t expect him to.) So when he walked up to me at the table I was at and asked me who I was there to meet with I said his name (Preston) then he said okay let me look and went to the computer to do whatever, took a phone call or called someone, walked back into the room by the tables, and never came back out. If he couldn’t do the kickoff with me he could have just said it I am more than understanding.
Then Chris came and took over and I couldn’t be more grateful! So Chris gets a definite 5 star from me! He was amazing the whole time.

So I met this girl in a gas station signing people up for this she said this is a month to month membership meaning if you don’t pay it cancel itself. This month cost a $1 so i signed up to help her out. Now they charging my account every month and when I called multiple times to cancel the manager left me on hold over and over again instead. I’ve cannot reach anyone to cancel the subscription please don’t fall for this scam!! I have tried to log in to the account and cancel but i can’t. I would not advise this Gym as the manager is very rude and the trainer are dishonest in their dealings and signing people u

The size of the facility is great. There are tons of staff when I am on site every weekday morning. That's evident by how many folks are always standing around at the front desk. But yes the restrooms are gross ALL THE TIME! The sauna hasn't been cleaned since the opening. We know because the same stains on benches and the floor are still present. The showers are gross as well. A rock hard towel hung on a door for a week before it was finally moved. The ladies room frequently runs out of paper towels and there's never hot water around 9:30 am. The staff has been notified by myself and several others only to have us return to the same conditions.
Also, I hope the person calling themselves the owner refrains from making snide comments about mother's while calling patrons liars. Pictures are posted. There are discussions amongst members about all of this so rather than taking the nonsensical unprofessional approach and calling someone a liar how about you actually address the issues at hand.

I joined this gym with the promise of a welcoming and professional environment that emphasized friendliness, accommodation, and proper etiquette. Unfortunately, it didn’t take long for the atmosphere to decline. The gym now feels more like a free-for-all, with music more appropriate for a strip club than a fitness club played at a loud volume, filled with profanity, misogyny, violence and offensive content and language, making it neither family-friendly nor respectful.

When I raised my concern, the manager, Justin wasn’t available for 2 hours to respond to my complaint and has yet to respond, and a worker by the name of Emily tried to justify the situation rather than address it. This experience made it clear that this location does not meet the standards I was led to expect.

I have been coming to Crunch Southaven since the grand opening even signed up for a trainer and I love working out with him. However I do not like dishonest practices. They get you to sign up for training and say you can drop your plan after the first couple of weeks. Let me reinterate I love my trainer but $540 a month for 30 mins of training is not the market rate for trainers who charge less for an hour of workouts. Crunch is not a private gym and when I train it’s crowded and machines are taken. So I asked to drop my plan after a month. I go into the gym and everyone want act like they have no idea of how to help me then they send me to Preston….he gives me some bs about now I can’t drop because the lower plans require a 6 month commitment…that was not explained when you were signing me up plus there is no contract or signage on the paper that states the commitments of these terms. He lowers my plan so he says. I ask for proof he states I can send you a screen shot of proof I lowered it or you can come and take a look. I tell him to send it to me…you think I received anything? He fakes like he is sending it. After my 90 days I’m done. Terrible practices on his part.

Gym is nice. Employees are helpful and kind. I think the problem with this gym is that a lot of the members lack gym etiquette! Some of the members dont wipe the machines or matts down when they're done! Restrooms do need attention. But again if the members would clean up behind themselves it wouldn't be such a big issue. Also, paying 29.99 a month isn't worth it if you're not offering many classes as the other gyms..There's still no cycling classes, hit classes , or much to choose from in the mornings! Lastly, I've gone one Saturday since it's been open, never again unless it's a make up day. Too much horse playing! Teenage boys running around the gym is unacceptable! Please get a grip on this before you start losing members. Thank you

I love Crunch believe me I do, and when I heard that they were coming to Southaven, I was so excited.

The gym itself is nice and the staff are friendly. My only issue is the fact that compared to the other Crunch Fitness gyms, this gym does not have a large variety of ab machines. It’s like they simply overlooked that section. There’s literally 3 machines geared towards abs. Several ladies that I met at the gym also had this same complaint. I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt that maybe more machines are coming but as of now that’s a big disappointment. Other than that, the gym is nice.

The facility is nice and spacious, there is plenty of room to get your workout on without bumping into each other. However, they do not have instructors to teach any of the classes!! I basically signed up for the different classes listed on the website they are only doing pop up classes. To me you're not fully opened until everything Is up and running that INCLUDES ALL CLASSES. I shouldn't be charged for something Im not getting. Also, the restrooms aren't kept up to part each time Ive gone in there. This a new facility if you want to retain members or obtain new members I suggest changes be made quickly.

I hope I can change this review soon, seeing how it IS new and sometimes the kinks will smooth out. I came in several times since it has opening and maybe 2 out of the 3 times, I had my workout pulled up on my phone, my earbuds in and got over to the free weights and ALL of the lighter weights were all taken, like every single one of them, so I kinda looked around and noticed 2 of the trainers, one over my the free weights and 1 in the area with the battle ropes had every one of them. That's a bit ridiculous. Im not at the level yet where I can do free weights with higher pounds, so yeah, thats was frustrating. So I had to stand off to the side for a few and change my entire routine, even after about 30 minutes into the machines, those trainers STILL had all the smaller dumbbells for the groups they were training. There definitely needs to be either more free weights (already) or a select room and/or section of weights specifically for the trainers and their sessions. I have a really awful, odd schedule and do not have time to have everything 100% ready and walk to an area where there should be plenty of weights only to spend an extra 10-15 minutes changing my whole routine. Thats 10-15 minutes I could've been getting sets in. Also, I did come in for the free training session before opening, and went into the girls restroom and it was absolutely GROSS. The whole bathroom looked spotless until your went into the stalls. Every one for them had something nasty on the toilet seat I went into every stall until I found 1 that was sort of clean. I haven't gone into the bathroom there since, but hopefully that was a fluke thing because you all hadn't even really opened to the public yet. Gotta get it together guys.

Great atmosphere, I have been looking to build a strong fitness foundation and I’m encouraged to accomplish my goals at Crunch Fitness. I have had a good experience with both the employees and the other gym members. It’s affordable, great location close to the intersection, and they have workout machinery that I have never seen in other gyms. I hope to grow here but I ask that you be patient with them. Since they have just opened, it’s easy to assume that they have poor customer service but honestly it takes time to get established. New hires need training and that can take time. Job roles are still being filled. I’m grateful they added jobs to the community and I can feel that this gym will improve. Give it a chance ❣️

I went today for the first time I asked them about child care before I signed up for my appointment. My Trainor told me he didn't know so I'm like okay. My appointment was originally at 5pm I was told the hours weren't right so I had to reschedule that same morning so I did for 1pm. I get there at 1 not one time were me and my family greeted from anybody. We are looking around clueless because we have no idea what to do or where to go so I go to the check in desk the lady asks me for a bar code I didn't know about so she asked for my phone number which went through. She gave me a card and told me to use it and take my kids to child care as soon as we are about to walk in the door another worker walks up and tells us that they just closed. So yes I'm upset because I was so excited to get there and start I was looking forward to today but i had to leave because i couldnt bring my yiyng kids with me to workout they would destroy everything i was looking forward to dropping them off i have no one to watch my kids doing daytime thats why i asked about childcare beforehand but how is it that all these employees work here and no one knows the hours. That's so misleading to me. Not to add on when we walked in the building there was three to four tables full of employees several looked up but not one of them greeted us which makes me wonder if I should even go back. But then again we all make mistakes and nobody's perfect but if something could be done about that it would be great to me. I would love a happy atmosphere full of happy employees who greet you with a smile and is there to help you at anyway possible.

The gym is so fun but they REALLY need to update their hours. Google says that fridays are 24 hours…but when I tried to go in just now at 10:50, they tell me they close at 11. I looked online to get information to make plans and then go 30 minutes out to the gym, just for them to tell me they’re closing. Annoying to be looking forward to something all day and then not even be able to go.

I signed up in March under the new member promo. I went to have it redeemed on the 14th. I was advised my offer had expired. I was told I didn't complete the email instructions. I explained I was only contacted by phone and text no email. I showed them the text thread. However, I was told it expired and they could sign me up at that time.
