This place is one of the best gyms in the Jackson area!! If you live or work nearby I highly recommend it. The equipment is always in great condition and they even have a half basketball court in the back. If you're a government employee you can even get a discount on your membership!!!

Nice, fresh and clean gym! Got every equipment you could need, great facilities. Also Josh helped me out with everything, so a big shot-out to him, superfriendly, he gave me a tour and answered all my questions. Looking forward to seeing him there, and using the gym, good energy! Highly recommend this place.

Very solid gym. Everything is clean and well maintained. I didn’t see any broken or out of service equipment. Nice locker rooms. They have spin classes. Can do all things cardio plus weight machines, free weights, squat racks and CrossFit. They also have a half court. Josh and the staff and super friendly and helpful. My go to gym in Jackson.

Downtown Fitness is the cleanest gym/wellness center I have ever seen! This facility has been methodically built with everyone in mind. Free weights, machines, multiple cardio options are state of art. Spacious to get your workout in and excellent locker rooms! I wish other facilities were half as nice.

Downtown Fitness in Jackson has been a great place for a group of friends over 40 to enjoy Fitness, Fun, and Fellowship on a weekly basis. We look forward to meeting up on Saturday mornings.

I love Downtown Fitness! All the equipment is top of the line and always kept very clean. I also love all the different spaces for working out including a basketball court, weight room, spinning studio and cardio room. Chris, Josh and Casey are very friendly too!

From the locker rooms to the rest rooms to the fitness rooms. I would not spend my money or workout time anyplace else. The staff is friendly and the place is clean with a pleasant smell. Awesome place to workout and feel at home!

When people hear that I live in Brandon and work in Canton, but I go out of my way each morning to go to Downtown Fitness their first question is "Why don't you go somewhere closer and more convenient?" The answer is easy. I've always been intimidated by gyms and their members, often feeling lost and out of place, but from the moment I walked through the doors Downtown Fitness I knew this place was different. They provide the most friendly and inviting atmosphere complete with convenient and safe parking in the covered parking garage, knowledgeable and professional staff, new equipment throughout (who doesn't enjoy fan-equipped machines when doing cardio??), and multiple options for classes to fit any busy schedule. The locker rooms provide ample space to get ready without feeling like you're right on top of one another, along with many additional perks. The amenities themselves were enough to win me over, but the members and staff were truly the icing on the cake! I can't tell you enough how friendly and hospitable everyone there is. Don't just take my word for it though, come see for yourself! Downtown Fitness has everything you need and more to help you meet your fitness goals!

Wonderful staff! Brand new, clean equipment and facilities. Classes are conducted with 'in-house' leaders AND virtually. This place has everything for my fitness needs. Convenient and safe parking in monitored garage - only 2 blocks from my work downtown - open for my early morning workout and shower - also the members are friendly and helpful. I wouldn't want to work out ANYWHERE else!!

This place is only good for a pump or a quick lunch session. Not worth the monthly rates for a commitment. The staff seems to be eager to help but is not very helpful.
