Love this hometown gym... it has all the equipment needed to get you to any level you wish to get to. It is old school as a real gym should be ... the owner Chad Stewart is very knowledgeable on every aspect to guide you to whatever level you are looking for and an all around great guy. The atmosphere is perfect for serious lifters and helpful for beginners.
