It’s 9:30p.m it’s still hot inside gym. Last review about two months ago (response back from you guys) one unit was out. I decided to come at night because of the weather but if the unit not going to be on I think I might have to take my business somewhere else. It’s very uncomfortable to work out in heat. 5 ceiling fans and floor fan not going to work.

Edge is the best gym in Hernando by far. Way better than the place that rhymes with KlubFor, which has a more anti-family high school hangout kind of vibe.

The gym is ok. Pros: kids are welcome to workout, nice people, open 24 hours. Cons: way too small, old equipment, mixed with new equipment. The gym needs an update. Sometimes too crowded and you’re fighting for a spot to stretch, or you have to go all over to get all your sets done. There is no hip thrust machine either. Seriously considering a new gym.

This complaint is for the Hernando location 2050 Hwy 51 S, Hernando, MS 38632. On 10/03/2023 the Front desk lady Kathy Taylor told me that I could not bring my child back to the daycare, because the owner Lance stated that my child was on a final warning (that I wasn't aware of). She stated that my child threw a tantrum (which all children do) and she also stated in a pervious event that I needed to BEAT my child. I also asked why they didn't contact me when my child showed this behavior. Kathy stated that they have too many kids to keep, so they can't just stop just to come and get me. This confused me because in the past every time my child pooped, they came and got me so that I could change his pamper, so what was the issues with them getting me when this occurred. I really felt that my child was discriminated against because he is a black child being that most children throw tantrum, but my child was banned from the daycare for this action. I told her I would like to cancel my membership since my child can no longer come, and I would like a refund since I had already paid for the month. She stated that Lance is not going to give me a refund. I then asked for a direct number to Lance so that I can get the problem resolved through him. Kathy refused to give me his number.

I have been a member of this gym for quite some time and really do stay with this one because of the cleanliness and at home feel when I go here. I try to make it no less than 3 days a week for my workout. The staff is friendly and the equipment is great. Up to date and maintained very well compared to many other gyms I have visited.

Cancelled our active credit card with automatic withdrawal by Edge Fitness. Then paid them $150.00 in cash November 2014 to continue membership until June 2015. We were told the only way we could do the membership was to either pay in advance or get automatic credit card withdrawals. We no longer had the original credit card. In June, July and August 2015, we had charges totaling 100.00 by Edge Fitness on our credit card statement. We did not want to continue the membership after the paid membership was up in June. We found out that there was a way they could get our current credit card number through Visa, (called updating service). We did not sign anything, nor did they contact us before obtaining a new credit card number and charging our account. They charged June, July and twice in August 2015. We called and the financial company handling the account stated they would stop it. We disputed the charges with the credit card company. Now they are sending threatening emails saying we owe for August PLUS late charges.
AHEM!!! Are we supposed to pay the rest of our lives for a 6 month membership that was paid in advance? I don't think so.

They can't take your money out on time. We put the money in the bank when the bill needed to be paid and it was supposed to be taken out that day but they waited 3 days and took out an extra $20. Because of a 'late fee'. They didn't want to give us the money back after we called. We had to mention canceling the membership for them to give us our money back. Needlessly to say, we are still canceling. And are very unhappy with the service we received.
