Chris is great. Smaller gym with an individual approach. Great for people that may be overwhelmed by ridiculously huge facilities with group mentality.

I really enjoy working out at Elite Fitness 5. Very clean environment. Chris Buckhalter is very patient and helpful. He demonstrate how a exercise is done before you do it. Make sure you can handle the right amount of weights. . You can always ask questions. Friendly atmosphere
