If you’re thinking about booking don’t even think no more just go right ahead. I did the party special for by birthday and it was so much fun!! If you don’t enjoy yourself here, it’s you at this point!!! We had so much fun I just told Smiley don’t worry about the routine just turn us up and she did just that. I would have never thought I’ll be about to do nothing pole related. Now I feel like I need a stage name lol!!! Smiley is most def apart of my crew and don’t even know it!!! She smiled and laughed the entire time! Smiley’s smile and energy was/is everything!!! I know I called her name a lot, if you get her, you’ll see why. Beginner friendly. Instructor was really good and hands-on. Her and the other members made me feel very welcomed for my first time. Warm up and stretches were amazing. Ziggy was our dance instructor. She was so much fun!!! She choreographed a beginner pole dance for us to learn. She was patient, and even modified some of the moves when we were struggling to master something. She maintained an upbeat, and energetic mood throughout our class. We loved her!

Absolutely loved my first time experience attending a beginner pole class. It was a small class of six, half experienced and half beginners. The class started with stretching, a small core workout session, and finished with learning pole moves. This particular class was taught by the owner Epic, who made me feel extremely comfortable. She provided modifications to stretches and pole moves to give options based on comfort level. She was very friendly, encouraging, and knowledgeable! I really enjoyed the drop in class and I will be back!!!
