This is such an amazing and supportive group of ladies!! Offers childcare,classes for members, and tanning. Many machines and helpful workers to demonstrate how to safely use machines. Wonderful ladies of all fitness levels coming together for the same goal- Health!!

Best gym in Jones county. Very helpful. Love all the girls. Lots of activities to get involved in. No one says anything mean. It's all positive talk and motivation to all the women. I love going to work out there n always feel comfortable going to work out there

Absolutely love this gym and the people. Love that is for women of any size, shape or age and there is no pressure or judgement. You can ask questions or for help and someone always helpful. Love that it is a 24/7 gym so I can go when it’s convenient for me. I don’t do any classes but that is my choice they are offered free of charge. Great atmosphere. Recommend this gym to anyone wanting a laid back christian atmosphere. The owner and employees always willing to help if bring something to their attention. Great company and facility.

I absolutely love this gym! There is great accountability! Everyone is friendly. I love the fact that you don’t have any pressure going there...all shapes and sizes are accepted. I feel like I found my tribe!

It’s honestly a nice gym overall, but people are always on the equipment talking and not using it. The code to the door gets changed way too much. So, if someone can’t unlock it due to it being changed often why not just buy your own gym equipment?
