They have to be the rudest people I have ever came across. I will not be back to this gym. I would not recommend anybody else, but when you are the only gym In the city, I guess you can be rude. The fingerprint door entry key does not work most of the time.

This business is ripping me off. I travel for work, this was the only option for gyms. I moved and now they won't cancel my membership. The GM told me to send a letter. I did, and now they're acting like they never received it. Stop payment with your bank and they will add it to your credit. This place is anti-Consumer. DO NOT sign up for this gym, unless you like just giving your money away. My next move is a BBB complaint.

I’m in the Service I don’t have a gym membership there but I tried to get in the gym and this man was literally just standing there looking at me wouldn’t let me in all I’m trying to do is freaking work out I found that kind of rude. Then I walked there and sat on the bench for 2 hours til it was opened then end up walking back home

Son is out of state on the Southern Border. He needed to cancel his membership since he won't be home for a year. They would not let him cancel over the phone. I had to drive all the way to this location just to sign a piece of paper that could have been done over the phone by noting that this is a military member on the phone and they give this or that 4 digit code to cancel. But, this location is anti-American and anti-military it seems. I, am a Veteran myself and would not use this gym after this.

I've been attending this gym for over 2 years now and have developed fantastic relationships with not only the members here but the staff as well. For me and many many other people that attend here, Dean has helped us tremendously. He is always there to encourage, motivate, lift up and help everyone he comes in contact with. For me to read on here where someone who has came in the gym a handful of times has a problem with Dean, then bud you must have brought that negativity in with you. I love it when Dean is there because of the pointers and motivation he gives me personally. This gym is not just a place where people try to rush in and rush out, it's a family and couldn't be happier to be a part of it.

I have been going to this gym for over a year and it has been one of the best gyms I have ever been too. I tried body works I tried revolution fitness as well. The staff here are extremely helpful. The guy named Dean is one of the best, kind hearted people I know. If anyone has a bad experience it's because you brought the attitude into the gym with you. Fitness depot is more than just a place to lift it's a place of escape a place where you feel like your around family.

Very nice and encouraging employees, one that has kept me motivated and makes sure I'm getting the best workout experience goes by the name Dean. Very motivational guy, along with the rest of the employees.

All honesty the gym is a fantastic place to go to. Clean equipment good atmosphere a decent place. What I did not know, according to a guy name dean, is that you cannot make noise. He told me I was disturbing the 4 people that was in a GYM, not a library. I had started working out there 4 days ago. And did the same thing I was doing today, and he was the only one that had something to say. Just saying it was a good place but one person named dean just ruined the whole experience for me. Hope he does not do ruin it for anyone else!
