Ever since 24/7 fitness become "flex fitness" This gym is the worst staff never answers there phone they're never there they show up when they feel like it, the trainers hit on my wife and other women and the machines are always broke.

Dishonest business practices. They try to charge you extra money after you already paid them. They claim it is no contract but then email you demanding payment when you try to cancel claiming it's in a contract. They advertise no contract. This is not true apparently.

Yeah, that sounds good and all, but it is simply not true. I paid for 2 months in advance. I went to cancel more than a month before my membership ends. I can't get a refund for the month I won't use and that's fine, but why are you all trying to charge me for an extra month? I emailed the support people and they claim I still have to pay for another month and they say that I am under contract. Why would they say that if it is indeed no contract like you claim? If it is advertised NO CONTRACT then why are they telling me that I am under contract? IT ISN'T NO CONTRACT IF THEY'RE TELLING ME I HAVE TO PAY BECAUSE OF A CONTRACT. THIS IS EXTREMELY DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND I HAVE FILED A CLAIM WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU SINCE YOU WANT TO CHARGE ME EXTRA AND ADVERTISE FALSE THINGS. HAVE A NICE DAY.

EDIT NUMBER 2: After arguing with email support people for a few days, they finally realized that I was right and that I should not be charged. I should not have had to go through all of that to cancel something that is supposed to not be a contract.

Really like the friendly and non-intimidating environment. It is so nice to have a coach help you and not judge you! So nice that it is not real crowded.

absolutely love this gym. I love how it’s not too big and how clean and well kept it is. It’s the perfect size for me to feel comfortable while I start my weight loss journey! The staff is very friendly aswell!!

Machines are ok and in need of repair. Manager has an attitude if you don't buy his fitness shakes or sign up for extra $$ classes. Little girl who "showed" me how to use machines did an half ass job and wouldn't even come near a machine because it had a penny in it. (Some wierd superstition) this was by far the worst fitness center I've ever been a member of.

It is a good facility to start out with. It doesn't have all the fancy equipment that the more expensive places may have, but it has all the necessary equipment for proper training.

This great place for one-on-one training at a great price! I really enjoy being a member of the S.U.F.L. program. With such a busy work/life schedule, the trainers helps balance it all when it comes to my health. Although it's a small facility, they are never overcrowded no matter what time you go in. I really like that the staff greets you on a first name basis and they are willing to thoroughly answer any questions or concerns that you may have. I highly recommend this facility!

It's small but gets the job done. I've been going here for a couple years and I like the price and the hours. Staff is friendly. I say ok mainly Bc I'm unimpressed with the equipment. It's old and rickety. For that reason I'm considering switching.
