Great gym, has lots of equipment including batting cage, workout field, pool, and basketball court. Very spacious, also has tons of free weights & machines! Has a room entirely dedicated to treadmills!

GRIT is Jacksons premier gym and has the largest pool in town. Updated equipment, clean safe FAMILY environment. Clean bathrooms very nice and renovated. Staff are 100%.

This gym is my second home. Everyone is friendly and always takes the time to greet you. The equipment is top notch. There is enough space for you to feel extremely comfortable. Most gyms in the area are crowded and folks end up dodging equipment to get to the next exercise. No worries here. 5 Stars indeed.

I remember when this building housed the Old Courthouse Gym. It has since been transformed into a gym mecca! The updates to the building are phenomenal! The upgrades including the Arnold Room and the Sorinex Room are top notch! This gym caters to athletes in all walks of life (weight training, HIIT classes, indoor pool, batting cages, cheer for your cheerleader athletes, AND recovery machines)! Plus, this gym offers indoor triathlon training once a month for beginners or veteran triathletes!
This gym is the premier gym in the area. Drop what you are doing and head down to check it out! You will not be disappointed.

I am so excited to try it all! I tried the swim facility and it was fantastic! Very clean, well set up, and definitely a well laid out poo with lots of room. It's definitely worth the time to check it out, but bring a fan in summer and dress for the heat 😅
