During my college years, HIT became my sanctuary. The gym's passionate trainers helped me develop both physical and mental strength. Each session was a challenge, but also an opportunity for growth and self-discovery.
The supportive community at HIT was incredible. Fellow boxers and coaches created an environment that was both competitive and encouraging. This camaraderie motivated me to push my limits and strive for excellence.
Boxing at HIT taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of a healthy lifestyle. The skills and habits I developed there have had a lasting impact, shaping me into a more focused and determined individual.

This is such a great workout. Thereβs never the same class and all the teachers are motivating, push you and so helpful especially when you are first learning how to box. Highly recommend and super fun to go to with friends. So clean and sanitized after every class

If you're looking for a challenging workout class with a supportive community, HIT Fitness is the place to be. All of the instructors are know what they're talking about, are so nice and are always pushing you to give it your all. There is a great community within the gym and it has a very positive atmosphere. There's nothing better than coming to the gym to punch a bag after a stressful day.

Hit fitness is the only gym in North Mississippi that has a real staff that knows what theyβre doing! The other gyms with kids for employees that donβt even work out themselves is a mystery as to how theyβre still open. Codie and Matt keep up the good work!

They all challenge you and I found myself getting better at workouts I first found to be a challenge. Unfortunately I had to relocate back to Florida and end my membership here.
This black is great. I usually attended the rise and shine classes and they were amazing
