I absolutely loved this studio at first! Everyone was so welcoming and the studio was always nice and clean. I truly did enjoy Hotworx, and that’s why this location is at least getting 3 stars. I haven’t been going as much lately, so I decided to cancel. I had no clue that to cancel your membership immediately it was a fee of $99. It was either that or do a 60 day notice and pay for the next two months, which would also come out to $100. I decided to go ahead and do the $99 immediate cancel. I was upset but understood. I was only upset because this was never verbally explained to me when getting my membership. I decided to call back and make sure that I was still able to use the studio for the remainder of December since I have already paid for this month. The lady who I had been talking to told me that since i paid the $99 to cancel immediately that I no longer had access to the studio. Again, this was something that was never explained to me. I was very upset and ended up hanging up. The lady called me back and said she wanted to work with me since I “didn’t understand” the policies. I apologized for getting upset and hanging up and explained that I just assumed I would have access to the studio for the month that I paid for it. She explained that even if no one verbally told me that it was in the membership agreement and that it should be a “lesson learned” for me. While I understand that it was my fault for not reading the fine print so that I could avoid being scammed, but I just didn’t appreciate how degrading, sarcastic, and passive aggressive this individual was to me. She did offer me access to the studio for the rest of the month, which I do appreciate, but it could have been done without the disrespect. Just a warning for future members who want to cancel! Read the fine print, because it won’t be explained verbally and cancel 60 days in advanced!

Very welcoming gym environment, always greeted warmly by staff. The saunas are always spotless when I go and I love that it’s open 24/7. It’s also easy to book classes on the app. The workouts itself are great and the virtual instructors are very encouraging. I can already see a difference in my body as well as my strength just after 2 weeks of going here every day.

My wife and I joined HotWorx Brandon, MS when they opened, we have really enjoyed the selection of classes, the ease of booking classes in advance through the app and the choice of classes they offer. We love the infrared heat and the detox we get with working working out. I would advise people to check it out and give it a shot. Oh, and the staff is great!
