The management, workout, and environment are all 10/10! I am always greeted with a positive experience every time I walk in - very clean studio and I am a huge fan of the variety of workouts. I have been going consistently for about 2 months now and am seeing great progress! Probably THE best workout I’ve ever had!

son is a member there. As you know the rooms are super small for two people. My son was making small talk while working out and the person in the room with him reported my son for harassment because he couldn't concentrate on his workout. Then a young lady claimed he harassed her as well while she was working out. They told him they were discontinuing his membership because of these complaints. I feel like they are stereotyping him because of his appearance, black male, fully tatted with a gold grill. My son is not a small man but you will take one side and run with it. I'm calling BS and he needs to be refunded his money. He deserves an apology too.

Tried Hotworx for a few months. I liked the smaller rooms and different options for your skill level. I didn't like that sometimes people would book appointments and not show up at all, so the room went without being used. I'm not sure if this has been addressed since I stopped going. We had an issue with being billed after we had stopped going even though proper notice was given. The manager who signed us up and processed our termination did not do this correctly. The new manager, Jordan, took care of everything and processed the return quickly as promised. I think personally I would benefit from in-person instruction, but if you don't need that, this is a great place to use.

Looks like the staff do not mop or pay attention while cleaning. Doesn’t quite make sense when they have the time to chat but not have the place very clean. I travel for work and have been to at least 5 different locations different states and this is the least clean. I also went more than one time during the week I was there and still same spots on floors. Also not sure what’s wrong with the row machines? Other locations have water in it but these have some weird slushy mix making the machine weird. Other locations always clean and have the same rows

The Oxford HOTWORX is the best gym in Oxford,MS. The workouts are amazing and the staff is extremely helpful and kind. Everyone who works out there is super friendly. I recommend this to all of my friends.

This is a scam. My son has been trying to cancel this membership since September. He tried online. He went in the location. Finally three months later and $180 in charges they finally cancelled his membership but not until he paid a $100 cancellation fee.

Before you sign up ask how you cancel the membership.

I have never found a gym that I immediately felt comfortable in until I found Hotworx! It is VERY beginner friendly and the instructional videos help tremendously on how to do the workouts and how to properly use the machines. Not to mention the staff members at the Oxford location are always excited to see everyone and help motivate you! Hotworx is by far the best gym I've ever been to and recommend to everyone to try once because after that you will want to keep coming back!

Tried this workout with a free class, I love barre. I was underwhelmed by the barre class and smell of the sauna… I think the experience is more hitt focused, but the classes only change every few months which is not for me. There also isn’t any music in the sauna which is rough. Staff was very knowledgeable and kind.

My husband and I weren't sure what to expect on our first visit, but we both loved it! Staff was GREAT, workouts were challenging, equipment was in good shape, and the place was really clean and had a great energy overall. I tried the yoga and my husband did the cycling and got a sneak peek at the new rowing class. Left feeling energized (and sweaty hahaha). Will definitely be back!

Hi Mr. CEO, Steve, I have done a poll in the Oxford location. We think an ice machine would be a great addition to our Oxford HotWorx. I even talked to members about buying HotWorx cups to promote HotWorx if we can get an ice machine. One member bought one today because of recommendation. Mr. CEO I know you’re asking Jeremy now, who is this lady? 😂😂

Hotworx in Oxford is one the best gyms that I've ever been a member of. Jeremy and the staff are awesome, full of knowledge about the gym, will go out of their way to help people and always very professional. Mrs Mary the lady that keeps hotworx clean and presentable does an awesome job, she is really dedicated and takes pride in her work, and she always makes sure to make people feel welcome and she's always asking if we need anything. Hotworx to me is not only a place to workout, but a place to release stress, a place to heal low back pain and leave there completely feeling better mentally and physically.
