About the Club

All instructors at Iuka Wellness Center are specially trained, degreed and/or certified. They possess the expertise and knowledge to help you reach your personal fitness goals.
Members have access to cardiovascular equipment, weight equipment, resistance machines, group exercise classes and assessments, personal training and health education programs. Tuesday & Thursdays closed 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
Members have 24-hours access! Call for staffed hours.
Iuka Wellness Center offers family, senior and corporate discounts, as well as Bridge to Wellness membership for individuals who are referred by a health care provider.
