I love this CrossFit gym! The coaches are super helpful, the programming is excellent, and they have plenty of rowers, bikes, ski ergs, and workout space. The coaching team does a fantastic job teaching the movements, so it’s a great place whether you’re brand new to CrossFit or more experienced. Best of all, the community is amazing. Most people join a CrossFit gym to get fit, but they stay because of the friendships, and CF Ludus delivers both. The owner lets people try out a class or two for free, so I’d recommend stopping in and trying it out for yourself.

And just to set the record straight: this gym is OPEN. The prior owner’s website says “No rep. Adios Muchacho”—but CrossFit Ludus is back in business and better than ever!

CrossFit Ludus is an awesome place to work out. The coaches are super helpful. The workouts can be scaled to any level and the people here make it fun. Saturdays are partner workouts, which is a great way to hang out with friends or meet someone new. Don’t be fooled by the old website which says the gym is closed. It’s definitely open and going strong. Highly recommend checking it out. The first class is always free!

As a drop-in, I found the coaches and the members welcoming and helpful. The wods are challenging but with 3 levels, you can choose how hard you want to go. I’ll definitely be back anytime I’m in the area.

Aside from absolutely loving the people at this gym, the programming is awesome. I came in totally new to CrossFit, and the coaches have patiently helped me learn and grow. Can’t imagine a nicer place to learn the sport and become more fit!

Great gym, even better coaches. Don’t let their website fool you, there’s a lot going on at CrossFit Ludus. Professional, knowledgeable, and personable staff, it’s the place to do CrossFit in Meridian.
