Can someone please tell me who owns these gyms. 2 months now unable to workout because I cannot get in to any of them but they are still charging me. Somebody has to know who owns them. Please!!!! Wonderful the first couple of months. I am a weekend only user as I travel during the weekdays. Come to work out a month ago and found my location closed and moved without any notice. I liked this gym because flat rate, no other fees. But they do not use their technology to make the other gyms available. They make the customers travel to each gym to activate your key if you need to use a different location. I could not do that as it took re-arranging schedules just to get to this location when office was open. Not having some Saturday office hours is loosing business. AsI have not been able to get anyone on the phone at the new location, which is still not open, I need my membership closed please. Already paid for 2nd month that I could not access any other location and I need my membership canceled. Please contact me.

Infested with beetles, ants, crickets, and other bugs. Every time I work out at the Natchez gym, I see bugs crawling on the ground or dead.The female worker is lazy, rude, and incompetent

Problems with entry for certain members . Been going on for two weeks now and owner said give up membership if not satisfied but that's not it . We want entry when we can use it . It has worked fine for 3 and a half or more years.

The main location has two sides; the co-ed and then ladies only. I like that however I wish they would block out windows or put up curtains at the ladies only side. I hate working out and seeing really weird people walking by. Especially at night. Aerobics classes are fun with energetic teachers though

I had an horrible experience. I went to the gym in January and my key didn't work, i called in and she told me they take the money out on the 1st of the month. In March I check bank statement and they had still been charging me even though I wasn't able to use the gym. So that two month of payment they took and I wasn't able to used it . I didn't mind but when I call to see about my keys they told me even though they charge me for two months that I wasn't able to use my key for I still had to pay for January . Now this is really bad. I was totally confused. Now the average SMART person who's running a business would never do this . Is what I'm thinking so I ask for the owner who was just rude. He told me either I pay for January or cancel my membership and many more rude things. Now that was the drawing line I have never been more rudely talk to by someone who I was giving money to for their business in my life. My advice is NEVER GO TO THIS GYM. I know Natchez is small but find some other way to work out
