I have worked out with various trainers through the years and Nate is truly the best! He helped me not only meet my goals but surpass them. He has a very easy going personality, which makes him enjoyable to work with but he still pushes you to keep going, even when you want to stop. He does things in a safe manner, in all my time working with him, I’ve never had an injury. He corrects your form and knows the difference between wanting to give up and reaching your max. I never thought I would be in the best shape of my life in my mid-forties and I owe a lot of that to Nate. I can’t recommend him enough.

I couldn’t have asked for a better coach than Nate to get me started on my fitness journey. I had always been intimidated by gyms and was nervous walking in on the day of my first session, but Nate instantly made me feel at ease and gave me the confidence I needed to overcome that fear. He also took my goals very seriously and created detailed workout and nutrition plans to help me achieve them. After training for a few months now, I’ve already noticed major improvements in my health and wellbeing and feel confident using any equipment the gym has to offer. None of it would have been possible without Nate’s constant encouragement and guidance, and I look forward to continuing working with him in the future!

Nate definitely knows his stuff when it comes to workouts, exercise plans, dieting and much more! Also, if you’re vegan or want to be, he can set you up with tips and ideas on how to eat healthy to maximize your fitness and nutrition goals! He’s already helped countless people of all ages and is super supportive and helpful. He’ll push you but in a very safe way. 10/10 recommend!
