Unbelievable! I despise working out but these people are so awesome! Facilities, coaches, other members and everything is top notch. But what makes them different than any other gym I've been to is the sense of community and the personal interest they offer. They encourage you to do what you can do and sit out some of you need to. You've got to try it....which is even free!

As more of a pilates/yoga lover, I *really* don't enjoy OrangeTheory workouts, BUT I felt compelled to give this studio a five-star review based on their staff and community atmosphere. When I travel home to visit my mother, this is pretty much the only workout option available to me. Karen is a stellar coach who is always encouraging and non-judgemental, especially when I drag myself in there jet-lagged and exhasted. The front desk is super welcoming and other students are very happy to be there as well.

Iβm overweight and out of shape, so Iβve been very scared and nervous about going to a gym. But I finally caved to some peer pressure and decided to give it a try. It was definitely an intense workout, but all the focus is on just doing your personal best. I didnβt once feel embarrassed or intimidated, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. I just joined and literally have only been twice so far, but Iβm actually excited about it and looking forward to keeping it up, getting back into better shape, and I really am shocked that Iβm feeling that way. And thanks to my friends for the encouragement!

I love it. OTF has changed my perspective of being FIT. The two things which I love are:
- Itβs a very adaptable and flexible. The workouts are designed to suit physical limitations, different fitness levels, and injuries.
- Youβre told exactly what to do. I love this. I go and I donβt have to think about what Iβm going to do while Iβm working out.

Excellent staff, coaches and workouts! Never experienced anything like this! They are all so encouraging and make sure you are doing the exercises correctly.
Even the other people there, working out, are completely encouraging to one another. Positive atmosphere.
Body type/size doesn't matter. They encourage you to do what you can do. It's not about keeping pace with anyone else.
Not only do the results bring you back, but the entire staff makes you want to come back!

The instructors are some of the best Iβve had at any type of studio. I also love how itβs new and different every class. Even though I have always hated running on the treadmill, they break it up in a way that makes it go by fast. By far my favorite workout class!

I really liked the class! I would consider joining if I wasn't already at a gym with a contract. The instructors did a great job at explaining and encouraging the class. I would recommend to anyone thinking about it to try it out.

I love Orangetheory Madison! The coaches are fantastic. The workout changes daily which is perfect for me, as doing the βsame thing everydayβ like in normal gyms always gets old therefore I quit. I have been going 5 days per week since September 1 and was able to complete my first 5k ever at my fastest pace! I promise, OTF is worth the investment. I am stronger, leaner and healthier than I have been in years!! As Angela (Best Coach Ever) would day..it is challenging, but totally doable!

First and foremost It was closely monitored by the instructor and I felt she had a pulse (no pun intended) on my personal efforts as well as the other participants. As a first time participant this put me at ease. I also felt confident in the instructions and demonstrations not only by her but the still frame examples on the monitors in the gym. The workout itself pushed me , and that's definitely what I wanted. Feedback and recommendations post the workout were extremely beneficial and were a confidence booster. Excellent experience and excellent professionalism on the part of the Madison MS OTF staff.

I love Orange Theory workouts. The trainers are very good to tailor the workouts for me since I have a bad knee ... I like that they change the workouts each day so it never gets boring.
