I absolutely love these classes. I've been going for almost a month now and feel very welcomed. Pam is an excellent instructor! There isn't a class that I have not liked. Always a great workout and with fabulous ladies! Highly recommend!

I started training with Pam in January 2024- hands down one of the best things I’ve done for myself. Pam is knowledgable in all things health and wellness-she focuses on everything from a natural and holistic standpoint. She knows her stuff! The group of ladies she trains are fun and encouraging. It is a great atmosphere!

Pam’s bootcamp is a great workout for ALL fitness levels. Pam will show you modifications to make each exercise harder or easier depending upon your current fitness level and help you safely and effectively progress to achieve optimal results. Each workout is different so you will never get bored or have a workout plateau. If you are on the fence about joining just drop in and take advantage of a free workout before committing. I promise once you try it you will be hooked!

Pam is awesome! She’s been my trainer for over a year, and I’m in the best physical shape that I’ve been in since COVID.
She makes sure that I have good form and pushes me to do more without being a dictator! I’m glad she is in my life…working out is not a chore. I look forward to getting stronger …she and I are working on it! I don’t know how she has time in 24 hrs each day to do all the things she does. She is amazing!

Pam is the sweetest. I have been working out with Pam as my trainer for a couple years now. Her nutrition and fitness experience is phenomenal. I have had results with losing weight, gaining muscle, maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Even trained to run a few 5k. Not to mention the amazing friendships you gain from this amazing group of women.
