We are an indoor cycling studio! where you exercise on stationary bikes, following the guidance of an instructor. Indoor cycling offer various benefits, such as improving cardiovascular fitness, burning calories, strengthening muscles, and reducing stress.
Our indoor cycling studio that offers 45 minute intense cardio workouts with a mix of strength, endurance, HIIT and rhythm.

I love Pedal Life!!
Cardio, Lights, Music!!
The instructors are great, each has a different style. If you don’t like one class just try another.
The owner is also amazing. She always seems to be at the studio and is always happy to help you set up your bike.

If you want a place that feels like family, is fun, energetic, welcoming and a great workout, this is your place! I’ve never met such a loving community. They will push you but also encourage you to go at your pace! 10/10 recommend!!!

Great workout every time! I've been "pedaling" since end of February 2024. Blanca the owner is welcoming & pushes & encourages you. There are several different instructors, several different class times available& all will give you a great workout! I like that Blanca checks in on me of I go missing a few days...it helps with the accountability. I'm unsure if you'd get that elsewhere. Pedal life is a great way to switch up your exercise routine. I give it 5/5 stars, highly recommended!

I had an amazing time, sign up was easy, everyone was every welcoming. The workout was great with good music choice everyone was super friendly. Overall I had a great time and will be going back!

I try to support local businesses so I gave them a try. But I must warn you, this was a totally disappointing experience.
Do not give them your credit card number!!! They will keep billing you long after you have quit.
I made it explicitly clear to the owner I never, ever go on auto billing and I only wanted to pay for and try it out for ONE month. One month only.
I would pay one month at a time if I wanted to continue. He nodded and acted like he understood. He put it in as an auto billing anyway.
For a multitude of reasons, equipment condition, cleanliness, costs and overall experience I chose to only go for my ONE month and did not return after my time expired. There are too many other (new) options in town at much less costs for Spin classes.
They continued to bill my checking account every month for 2 more months after I quit. When I called (several times), left voice messages, sent emails and FB messages THEY NEVER RETURNED A CALL, I finally got a text, saying they would refund the months they should not have billed me for. Great, EXCEPT THEY DIDN'T. They refunded ONE of the 2. So again, we tried calling and leaving voicemails to clear it up. NO RESPONSE from @pedallife. We waited weeks. We finally contacted our bank and filed a dispute about the final month. Thinking maybe it was an oversight by bank or Pedal Life (in their one and only text to us, stated they were not trying to keep money that they were not entitled to. However, they disputed our claim to the bank. Really? Why return one month and not the other?
I feel sorry for them that they are so desperate to have my $59.00 that they know they are not entitled to that they would pull such a low brow stunt. I have probably told this story to 100 people, I share it every chance I get! And will continue to. SHAME ON THEM. I will also file a complaint now with the BBB, so other consumers will be warned. I've owned my own businesses in the past, and would never have stooped so low, to alienate a customer for life... for $59.00! Wow! Sad!
