Update 6/2025: play Must Have Spent Millions changing out machines. There are brand new core machines right at the front. Finally made myself use the Total Body Enhancement machine, and am already seeing a difference. Can't wait for the D'Iberville PF to open. Cleaned and sanitized all day. Huge number of machines and friendly staff. Upgraded to black card for the aqua massage and total body enhancement machine. Love this place.

Many treadmills. Limited machines. Overcrowding. Restrooms need much cleaning. They hope members dont show up and just pay. Not 24/7 any more and dont care if that is requested. They honestly dont seem to value their customers.

I would not give one star if I didn’t have a choice if you open up a membership here and you move out of the vicinity you cannot cancel your membership unless you go back to your home gym, which they do not disclose at time of opening account so three years later after three certified letters to them still could not get canceled. Talk to management get no answers. Do not, I repeat, do not open up a membership at this gym.

The following is my opinion and based off ny experience.
I stopped by to get the number for their person that fixes their machines. I have a Planet Fitness elyptical at home and the screen no longer lights up. They were not willing to provide the person's contact info. Per the front counter, the person that maintains their equipment only works on their equipment (I call bull, in today's market one facility can afford to have one person dedicated to working their machines only).
Whoever works on their machines, I apologize. I wanted the person with the most experience with that machine type.
If I was advised wrong, then figure the contractor would want to know they are sabatoging your business...

there's sometimes a smell at this location and most of the self cleaning stations or hand sanitizers dont work or have supplies. Bathroom doesnt have proper self sanitation supplies in bathrooms to clean the seats or covers and mildew build up in tiles.

Met a friend to workout and visit. The supervisors were nasty and rude. We bothered them eating at the front counter. Worth the drive to visit the ocean springs of instead. Never coming back here again.
Also not interested in contacting your team.
You really need to do undercover work to see for yourself. Your responses are corporate driven and not personal. Shame really

Me and the wife were over by the elliptical section when we overheard the chatter. Seems like one of the workers got into it with a young man over by the weights. She was very rude to him. Whatever it was about seemed to get her highly agitated and the just watching nearby made us uncomfortable. A young girl from the front, very mean. We never caught her name but you really thought someone should do something concerning the rowdy staff as it could be bad for business. It made us very uncomfortable watching her behavior and we just left.

There was a guy trying to workout but he was getting harassed by one of the girls in the front. He seemed calm so I don’t know what he did wrong but the girl that was talking to him was pretty rude. Very unprofessional. Heard all the ruckus even with noise cancellation 😂

We had a very nasty encounter with one of the workers here. My son and I have been going to this gym for 4 years now and have never had a problem. Mackenzie made it clear she didn’t want us there as she continued to constantly harass us during our workout session. It later became clear that she was exhibiting some rather rude and racially motivated conduct. Her behaviour, rather extremely snobby and arrogant, was more than enough reason to cancel our membership and contact another gym. We’ve made a note to higher management that she is extremely poor and unprofessional and we unfortunately won't be back. It is a shame too as we paid extra for black card status and rather enjoyed the amenities it had to offer. The rest of the staff show great professionalism, however; we simply cannot continue to patron here after an experience like that. Crunch Fitness is not too far and they have an excellent facility as well. They treated us with care and were happy to have us.

Always a great workout early on the weekends. Now
M-F from 15:00 till about 20:00 is too packed. The crowd meter for those times is not very accurate it always displays as low.
I will say tho, it is always clean no matter what day if the week. Staff is super friendly and respectful. 👌🏾

While in Biloxi for 9 days my husband and I went to this PF. It did not disappoint. We were greeted as we checked in every by friendly staff. The gym is very clean and has tons of equipment. When we return next year to Biloxi we will be back to this gym.

I had an issue about a member hoard many pieces of equipment for long periods of time. I brought this to the attention of the manager. Not only did she (the manager) not do anything but she told the member that I complained about him. Now he's yelling threats at me across the gym and flipping the bird at me. I feel extremely threatened because of the actions the manager decided to take. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
Instead of rectifying the problem, she made it worse.

This is a great place to work out but I have one complaint: I went there to work out and watch the Saints play last Sunday and none of the TVs were on the game and the staff said they were not allowed to change the channels. Bad planning and horrible that the owner would not allow the staff to make that decision. Not having the Saint on at least one TV - really.

Very spacious gym. Friendly staff. They made me feel very welcome. Plenty of room for me to park my tractor trailer while working out and this is a very clean facility. However, the showers are a little gross but I travel with my own cleaning supplies. Will definitely visit this location again on a regular basis.

I love the gym and the employees there are super nice. I can't wait for the pre COVID hours to be reinstated though. My wife and I both work nights at the casinos and there are so many missed opportunities to work out due to the COVID operating hours still in place.

I wanted the manager to know that their employee Jade was awesome, especially today when my back hurt and went down through my arm, so much, and Jade helped me with the massage chair and massage water jet chair, and I can't tell you how awesome it felt, and so much relief of the nerves causing the pain. I have osteoarthritis and RA, and I am new to the joining of Planet Fitness, and if only used the tanning bed so far, which gives me a lot of relief for my joints, and bones. Thank you so much Planet Fitness, for hiring people like Jade, but went above and beyond her normal duties, to help me with my pain! This gym Planet Fitness, in Biloxi, is an awesome establishment, with awesome employees!

I've always been with fitness. Now it is no longer 24/7 or at least late nights I'm forced to cancel my membership. I dont wanna keep paying for a membership when I get off late and when I get off y'all close in and hour and weekends are even earlier when all the gyms especially diberville are 24 hours. Hurts me... out at least three gyms are 24 hours or open till 12am or 1am.

Leaving our first ever Mardi Gras coming from Indiana and we had to road-trip back home but we felt absolutely disgusting and wanted to take a shower. We remembered planet fitness has nice showers, however we don’t have a membership there any more unfortunately. I wish I knew the two young men who let us in allowing us to use a guest pass to shower because we walked in literally less than 10 minutes until close. Normally I wouldn’t do that but they were a lifesaver for allowing us to so thank you so much to both of you working the night of 2/21.. also this planet fitness is very clean and has nice water pressure if anyone ever needs a good shower.

I'm traveling across the country and so I get to visit lots of PFs. I can see that work is being done to this location so hopefully some things I mention may change. :>] It is clean and had lots of equipment. The front desk people were very friendly. The men's changing rooms had no chairs. The women's changing rooms were quite a ways from the showers so you have to walk through locker areas fresh from the shower! The room had no hooks or shelf so your stuff has to sit on the floor. Boo. They do have 2 hair driers but only one worked. Overall good but they could do better.

I love working out, but I don't just do strength training or cardio - that gets really boring for me fast. I've been doing all different kinds of aerobic, dance, and fitness classes forever. Unfortunately, the Biloxi location on Pass Rd doesn't have any classes, but the Hwy 49 one in Orange Grove does, which is awesome. Plus the Hydra Massages are to die for.

Planet Fitness Biloxi is my gym. They offer great membership prices, can't go wrong with being a black card member. The gym is always clean and the staff is very nice and knowledgeable. All of the planet fitness gyms here on the MS coast are wonderful and it's nice to know that with being a black card member that I can stop in at any of their gyms located anywhere for a quick workout or tan session. They also offer great perks with this membership. Check it out, you will be glad you did!

Raven was very nice and professional when I came in for a tour this morning. In fact, all of the employees seemed happy and upbeat. Guests were focused on their own workouts, but would greet each other as they walked by. The place was clean, with a simple layout. They have an additional small, quiet room in the back with mirrors, yoga matts, and other equipment. Loved that the spa area was dim and relaxing. Overall good vibes from this location.

The A/C has been inoperable for several months which impacts the comfort level of the workouts. With the temps and heat index on the rise outside, the inside temp is almost unbearable. I am shocked at a nationwide brand having such little concern as not to have resolved the issue by now. Appears to be no urgency to provide the customer with basic services paid for in their membership.

I went in to cancel my membership and the employee told me to come back on Feb 28 so I went in on that date and they told me that I had waited too late and the yearly fee would come out. They have continued to take money out of my account. When I went in they said the manager was in a meeting so they took my name and number.
