My wife and I tan here alot I used bed 3 which had 20 bulbs blown and the shoulder lights was not even working.... my wife used the hybird tanning bed and 8 or 9 bulbs blown in it ... this is not acceptable for the ones who have paid to tan here. Also the team member that i reported it to wanted to argue about how many bulbs was blown in it with me like hey I'm the one that used the bed and I counted the bulbs that were out . Don't call me a liar.

I like the availability throughout the week to workout at whatever time I have available. I wish I had the same availability on the weekend but the hours are limited. Plenty of equipment. Plenty of space. Staff is friendly and helpful. No complaints. Just wish it was 24 hours on the weekend.

The gym and equipment are usually well-kept and clean, which makes working out more comfortable. I travel a lot and this location was smaller than some of the other planet fitnesses I’ve been to but had what I needed.

However, during the run part of my workout which is stride training, the associate approached me to tell me that I was approaching the edge of the treadmill which was causing a squeak which is a sign to tell me that I’m getting close to falling off in a condescending manner. This is common in stride training and only happened about 2 times during the beginning of the stride. I was being conscious of this as I always am when I go to an open gym but this is the first time I’ve been approached by an associate at a location and it just didn’t sit right with me. I did not engage in a conversation and instead simply said okay already knowing it wasn’t going to happen during the remainder of my workout and it did not.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. There is no structure. They hire people that have no idea what they are doing. Everyone is on their phones and will ignore you if you need help. The managers let the works act like children/ disrespectful. Awful environment and the management is petty and a joke. They pick and chose who to berate with rules that apparently don’t apply to everyone else.

While the gym is well-equipped and maintained, the temperature control within the facility needs improvement. Because of the unusually warm temperatures I've experienced on some nights at the gym, I've contacted management to ask why this is happening. I've been informed by others that the temperature has been a frequent topic of complaint. Because of this, I am not a regular visitor to the Brandon location.

Today while waiting on the massage chair I decided I wanted to get water out of the cooler which is clearly within eye sight of the counter. After checking the water and deciding it wasn’t cold I went back to go sit . The gal at the desk started saying ma’am did you get water. Now she didn’t appear to be blind and clearly I didn’t have a bottle in my hand , my buttocks are my front side. At my age stealing water is not something I have ever done or plan to start doing. The only reason she asked because she is not related to me. I have worked out at the Byram location and they would NEVER!!! Y’all can take some lessons from them in customer service and being professional. I will also contact corporate. She was trying to mess my Good Friday up but I will pray for you little girl!!!!

I love this location, it 24hours Monday thru Friday. If any thing could change I would make it 24 - 7 I have to drive 10 more miles to another planet fitness that's 24-7 if I want to work out before church on Sunday or an early Saturday morning session.

Initially enjoyed going, then after a few times I decided to CANCEL my membership. The last three consecutive nights I went this week, one of the staff told me that my gym bag could not be on the floor. I carry my bag with me because it holds my wraps, belt, straps, and other stuff that I need when working out. It is not feasible to go the locker every time between sets to change out to what I need. She told me it was a tripping hazard, though each time I moved it I made sure it was flush against the wall or on the window seal to ensure it would not be in anyone's way. Each of those three nights I noticed 5-6 other members who also had their bags or other items on the floor with them, but she did not say anything to them. Tonight, I noticed 7-8 members with gym bags or personal items on the floor (I used a locker). The same staff member made her rounds and never approached them. I know she saw them, as she vacuumed around one guy's items by the hack squat machine. I cancelled my membership because I got tired of the double standards, and her nagging me the three nights in a row I was there this week, all while ignoring the others. Apparently, the rules do not apply to everyone.

I recently joined planet fitness in Brandon after being a member of anytime fitness for years. The facility is large with plenty of equipment, the atmosphere is calm & quiet, the staff members are pleasant & helpful, & the equipment including the restrooms are clean & updated. Should have made this move years ago but I didn't know they were 24hrs & that's works well with my busy work schedule

Local staff members are excellent! They go above the norm in helping members to feel welcome. They are always willing to explain and demonstrate how to use equipment. Anytime I have a question or a need they go aboveboard to help.

When you KNOW they cleaned it! Or at least aye, it's believable! It's good to see this because I travel and go to many PF's from state to state. If I come back to your gym a month later and the same lil nasty white stuff in the wall in the same spot... This gym is very clean! I didn't use the shower but if I had to, I'd be confident it was thoroughly cleaned! Now, I did want the lil tank top upfront that was on sale. However, there was not a soul to be found in there that worked there. So, I couldn't get it. I haven't seen the yellow tank and that grey 1 anywhere else. And it was like 25% off. No prices on any of it but, I could've got 1 to go with my hat. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Was trying to do my regular workout like I do most days, but the employees stopped us at the desk to inform us that we need tennis shoes not crocs to workout here. I was happy to leave and come back with the right shoes. What do I see when we come back 30 minutes later? Someone wearing open toed sandals and taking them off to go barefoot between workouts. I was so glad when this location opened. Lately I’ve been coming more often, after i decided to stop being lazy. There’s plenty equipment to use it’s always clean but aside from that, Corey is my absolute favorite! He’s really the only one I’ve seen interact with people. I come in early in the morning so it's not crowded. The two staff members are Infinity+1 in keeping the gym very clean and informative of all equipment in the location. I have been to a couple of Plant Fitness and they are under Par. Yours is the cleaness. I know it's about making money but, I wish that the vacant building next to this particular club could be converted into a Boxing Center without the ring.

I visited this gym about 5 times in two weeks. It’s a really nice gym. Plenty of equipment and very well maintained. One thing that stands out is the employees. All of them have been very friendly and helpful. They seem to take their job responsibilities very seriously, and they are constantly hustling around the gym cleaning things, inspecting equipment, or helping customers. Excellent job PF Brandon!

Best equipment I've seen in a gym. They have similar machines you see at a typical Planet Fitness but these machines are brand new and a bit more futuristic. Top notch. The speed bikes have monitors with city scapes to choose from. The treadmills are smoother and more sleek. The red light hybrid booth, the massage chairs, and the hot-cold cryo chair are worth $25 a month.

The staff are on point! They are super aware of the flow and needs of the members in the facility and set the tone every time with happiness as soon as I walk in.

The layout of this facility is probably the best I've seen. I've been to a few. Check it out for yourself.

Coming from being in the gym industry for many years this gym is by far the cleanest. They have all of the gym equipment you could possibly need (with the exception of heavier dumbbells for the heavy lifter) For $25 a month you have access to all of the locations, unlimited use of the hydro beds, tanning beds, massage chairs (my favorite), and meditation chamber. The staff is very attentive, friendly and professional.

Have a busy day so I got here 15 minutes after they open and the doors are locked and there’s no one to be seen inside. Tried calling but no answer. There are several people waiting in the parking lot in their cars. Left after waiting 40 minutes.

An employee showed up around 7:20 got out of his car saw people waiting and left.

I’ve been going since they opened. I was there the first day. The location is a bit smaller and hotter than Pearl.The heart rate and the incline on some of the treadmills doesn’t work. The glute workout is uneven so it rocks when you stand on it. They are a lot smaller than the Pearl location and I wish it was open longer on weekends. It’s also super busy. Otherwise the cryo bed is cool and I enjoy the facilities. Some of their new equipment needs work. The ellipticals don’t have heart rate monitors on the moving arms.

I have been going here for a couple of months and the place is clean the staff do their job other people try to keep everything clean and hand wiped, but the only reason I'll have to leave is because I'm short on time a lot and they now require us to wear clothing material suitable for going to the gym or not allowed to wear blue jeans unfortunately for me I wear a blue jean and the time I can go is after work. Believe me when I say if there was another option I would have done it.

Very Welcoming Environment! I enjoy coming in the morning around 4am or 5am. The 2 guys that work in the front during that shift are very sweet. They seem to always be in a good mood and enjoy having conversation with them. Have came in the afternoon where it a bit more packed with different employees. So, Daddy has been putting on a little bit of weight and decided to do something about. I had received the flyers from planet fitness in my mailbox and decided to check them out. We walked in and asked for a tour. After a very nice tour, we decided to join for the lowest membership fee, which is $10.99 a month with a 40 something dollar yearly fee. To join, you do it all online, nothing is done at the facility except to take your photo. We worked out for about three hours today, after joining. Very nice equipment, I highly recommend.
