The young ladies who work in the evening are great. They recognize me and actually greet me when I come through the door. The mirrors, the equipment and the floors are constant cleaned and I appreciate that.
The one thing I would love to see is an aerobic, Pilates or cross fit, yoga room / space for classes.

I am in Natchez this week for work and 3 of the 5 days the gym opened late because the staff canโt make it to work on timeโฆTuesday was 35 min late. People that work out first thing in the morning are non a time crunch so that we can make it to work on timeโฆapparently there is no accountability at PF as being late is the norm. Paying customers suffer because the gym doesnโt open at the published time, causing workouts being cut short. Bad business for sure

It is very easy to open up a planet fitness membership. But extremely difficult to close one as I was getting ready to move I wanted to close my membership when in to do it and they said no you have to send a certified letter to this some company somewhere and let them know that you want to cancel and they have to receive it at least 10 days before your due date or they will charge you. Did all that and they still charged me not once not twice but five more times each time I had to get a credit from the bank finally they gave up and let me cancel. Planet fitness is a great place to go and work out they should know by now just like these car wash club memberships should know by now it doesn't take an act of God to cancel a subscription it should only take a click but the harder they make it the more money they can steal from you

It's never crowded, which is great, because I hate working out at a crowded gym and fighting for space. There's enough equipment and room for everyone to move around. The workers are very friendly and eager to help when new members come in confused like I was lol. The sweeties young ladyโs and gentlemen. They make you very welcome and comfortable . I was real nervous ab going at my age of 48 and I havenโt worked out in 6 years since I had my son . Iโm way out of shape and toting a belly . I guess u can say I was some what embarrassed and nervous . Soon as I walked in I seen smiling faces and young lady ready to help me figure out the checking in process . Out of town visit..
This is the 2nd time Iโve been to this location. First time was great 5 stars. Friendly staff, clean gym. However, on this visit I was treated completely inappropriately.
As a black card member for the past couple of years Iโve never had an issue. But scan it at this location and itโs saying Iโm not a member. Front desk lady says, โlet me get my manager.โ everything is fine up until this point. Once the manager gets involved is when it turns south. She told me to go workout while she figured it out. 2nd exercise in she interrupted me mid set and told me I had to get out. Asked why she proceeded to tell me I was not a member and needed to leave now and walked off. I continued to try and show her my app, the recent payments and all my detailed info on app and all she said was you need to leave now and need to contact my home gym to figure out the problem. But according to her system Iโm not a member so I need to leave. She approached the situation very rudely and unprofessional.
I called my home gym to verify everything and it was all good. So my gym asked to speak with the manager there. After 10-15 mins of my home gym explaining how to use the computer system to look me up, she told me to just go workout again. While still using my phone to talk with the other gym. She finally comes up to me and says one word, โsorryโ and tried to walk away. I asked if they got everything figured out. She proceeded to tell me that it was my gums fault for not putting in the correct agreement number. I called my gym back to thank her for helping me out and was told she didnโt know how to properly look up members and she โtaught her something newโ.
The manager isnโt properly trained on computer programs, and handled this situation the wrong way. Iโve been to numerous PF throughout the south and worked in the gym industry myself for years and this was this was my worst experience

The staff are very friendly, as well as keeping everything sanitized! The building has a comfortable atmosphere, so far there has been nothing uncomforting (being watched, etc). Thanks to the assortment of equipment and the fitness tracker in the Planet Fitness app, I lost three pounds within two weeks (even without going on a full diet). For the price ranges, as long as you plan out which membership you want, it's pretty affordable in comparison to some gyms.

I've been to more than 30 PFs in my travels and I have to say this is the nicest one I've been to. It's super clean, friendly staff, and it was never crowded. Oh and the showers were hot instantly, that's quite a luxury compared to the other gyms.

I always feel welcome when I visit because the staff remembers my name as soon as I walk through the door. And with so many pieces of equipment, I never have to wait to use one. The whole gym seems super clean to me and locker rooms are well stocked.
