I visited this weekend and was told by staff that I needed to purchase a $20 day pass, even though I'm a Classic Member and I've visited this gym before. I explained that it had only been $5 in the past, and I confirmed with my home gym today that it should still be $5 today. Disappointed by the inconsistent information by the two people on staff.

I past two Planet Fitness gyms to get to this location. This is one of my favorite locations and I love that it’s open 24 hours. The staff is friendly and the facility is always clean. I can always get on the equipment I need no matter the time or busyness of the gym.

This is an excellent location! The staff is always friendly and inviting, and they are constantly out on the floor keeping everything clean. Equipment is always in excellent condition, and when something breaks, it’s normally fixed within a day or two. I’ve recommended the Olive Branch location to a bunch of my friends.

I want to stress the fact that it’s not the staff that’s my problem. They’re always extremely polite. It’s the people that come in and just sit on the machines and other areas, playing on their phones, not working out. I understand it is the summer and by offering free memberships for teens, you’re trying to keep them off the streets, but it needs to be limited during the times that aren’t the busiest times. It is making it almost impossible for those of us that are paying for our memberships to actually work out or use the amenities.

Love the fact that they keep the gym very clean. The young man in the morning is very friendly and is always smiling when greeting the customers. But the personal trainer..... Very unfriendly and uninviting. If she doesn't have clientele, it's most definitely her attitude. If you are a personal trainer, you have to have good customer service. She lacks this part of the job!
