I have went inside 3 times to cancel my membership. Signed the cancellation form and im still being charged. I work 2 jobs i dont have time to keep going up there to make sure they cancel my membership. I shouldn't have to keep paying.

I currently have a membership with Focus Fit in Brandon. But my boyfriend has his at Planet Fitness. When we workout together, I always choose Planet Fitness! The stuff is ALWAYS friendly. The facility smells and looks very clean. Whomever is doing the hiring, good job. The workers are always moving, RARELY standing around doing nothing. I will be soon cancelling my membership with Focus Fit and joint Planet Fitness. Only downfall are the operations hours. I wish they were longer. Otherwise I give this gym 10 out of 5!!!

I am a truck driver living as healthy as I can while on the road. I stopped at this location to get a decent workout. I must say, at first, the place seemed small, but they have some really good machines hiding in the far corner to use that I have not seen in other PF. I was very pleased to get my workout in. The only disappointment is that the older gentlemen at the counter could have put a smile and welcomed me better than a straight face and a hello.

I wanted to use the tanning machine for the very first and was completely clueless on how it worked. The young black gentleman working tonight was completely helpless. He couldn’t answer any of my questions due to his lack of knowledge, he put me in for only 3 minutes with out even asking me how long I wanted to be in there, I get into the room and struggle with my goggles and I went back to the desk to ask him for help which he didn’t even know how to, meanwhile my tanning session had already started without me even being in there and then when I get in there I only for the heat on my face which is not where I wanted it. Terrible first experience and this planet fitness needs to do better with training its employees properly.

99.9 % of the time I go in the afternoon after work but on my days off I go before noon. The music they play in the a. m is awful, I don't want to hear songs that every other word is bleeped out, come on really?? And the morning crew don't even tell you hello when I come in or acknowledge me. The afternoon staff are great, they play decent music, clean, greet me when I come in, tell me have a good day when I leave. They're very nice and make you feel welcome, like you want to come back. I wish I knew his name, but there's one young man in the afternoons who is so sweet and holds me accountable lol he knows what days I come and when I leave he says "Ok I'll see you Wednesday now" etc... He gets out there on the floor and vacuums, dusts, hard worker, he's a gem

Planet fitness is the best bang for the buck gym I’ve been to in the area, it lacks a few machines that I enjoy but for the money and amenities you can’t beat it. The pearl location specifically is very nice and I’d be reminded not to shoutout Marco, he works most if not all evenings when I’m there and the guy goes above and beyond every day, not sure I’ve ever seen him being idle, always cleaning something or making sure equipment is ready for guests, just doing the little things. Love the staff and maintained equipment.

I've been using the brand planet fitness both in Mississippi and in Georgia. I must admit they're are the same very consistent, however I feel the brand it's is missing out on a lot more money by not offering a sauna, pool, basket ball ct, and free weights. A gym like LaFitness is Dominating the market because of the many amenities they offer. Planet fitness can't compete. The only reason planet fitness is open because there's no competition around... the one advantage planet fitness have, is they are 24/7.

Firstly the staff, at my location in Pearl MS. A single man has made my time there better than any other gym I’ve been to. He greets almost every single person that walks through the door being very friendly and welcoming. The only time he misses someone is if he doing work away from the front desk. He is also never not working he’s either taking out the trash, vacuuming the floors, cleaning equipment, re racking weights others have left, or just communicating/teaching newer gym members. I have never met someone who seems to enjoy their job so much and cares so much about the customers using that gym. That man deserves to be manager. Less treadmills more lifting machines. And get a hack squat machine.

Lived in Hattiesburg for a few years and I have to say the workers there made you feel like you were bothering them. This location has the NICEST staff. I am absolutely loving my PF. I see many complains about not being open 24/7. Your hours are very good. My other gym is 10-5 on Sundays. The membership price is very very cheap for what you offer and you deliver great service and experience! Your gym is clean, welcoming, judgement free as promised and too busy only at peak hours, which is to be expected. Loooove the massage chairs and tanning. The yearly fee is cool with me as well. Whoever is the manager there is doing amazing job. The employees as well! Thank you! Location is great as well! I have absolutely nothing bad to say here!

I really enjoy the atmosphere and the employees especially Mr. Derrick Martin. Hes on top of his stuff and attends to whatever your needs are, immediately. Love the tanning bed options... Especially The Total Body Enhancement Bed! It has so many amazing benefits, for your skin, circulation, varicose veins, acne plus more and it works! Varicose veins are gone, I rarely have a pimple, overall complexion has evened out. I have really bad blood circulation issues but since using total body it's improved by at least 70%Just ask Derrick and he'll break it down for you. So many benefits and actual results that everyone around you will notice. Oh and the massage chairs...oh man they are like my saving grace. The hydro massage bed and hydro chairs are also amazing. But when you sit in the chairs and relax yourself by laying back and just concentrate on your breathing ya start to feel almost as if your floating! Total weightlessness ... Ahhhh😌 ultimate satisfaction! Must, Must try at least once! The only negative thing I have to say is; they changed from being 24 hours to normal business hours. And I think they should drop the price you have to pay for an annual fee since its no longer included when you sign up. Or get rid of the annual fee all together cause you can no longer go at your own convenience! After all is said though, it's a wonderful place that will have you feeling like a brand new person all around.😁☺

I actually love this location. It’s just highly inconvenient they’re not 24/7 like they used to be before Covid. My work hours are early morning and I like to go to the gym prior to my work day. Can’t do that since they only open at 5am and 7 am on weekends. I’ve considered cancelling my membership due to this. Hopefully the times will change since Covid isn’t an as huge of an issue as it was back in 2020.

The manger Catherine is a LAIR. She stated she would call me back regarding a refund never did. When I called up there she wouldn’t even get on the phone. The gym isn’t that hands on for her not to take care of a customer. Then an employee signed my name without verbal permission from me. I have emails to prove it! I’ve reported them to headquarters, I’m reporting them to BBB. Very unprofessional Catherine all you had to do was call me back regarding my payment.
