Planet Fitness has been a great experience for me. The people here are really nice, and the atmosphere is welcoming. No one judges you no matter what level you’re at, so you can work out freely without any pressure. It’s a comfortable place to focus on yourself and your fitness goals. Definitely recommend it if you want a stress-free gym.

My daughter and I go often to do the 30-minute workout followed by the Hydro Bed for 10 minutes. Refreshing and fells like I have had a good workout!

Staff are all great. But the location is missing thing a lot of other locations do have. Like mirrors in the tanning rooms. Or lay down massage beds ( it's broken and has been for some time, apparently)

Honeslty the place is great and had everything I needed, but I have to give the one star. While I was away from the gym for several weeks I had multiple charges made to my account other than the regular subscription service totalling up to over $100 dollars. Keep in mind a $25 subscription, but over $100 dollars gone in about 2-3 weeks for no reason at all. Then when I came to discuss this at the location,The employee i spoke to "Elijah", said it wasn't that big of deal and pretty much gave no effort in helping me fix this issue. You guys do what you want but when money goes missing 🤷‍♂️

I like the gym, and the people that work here, but "rules" posted on the walls so proudly - no slamming weights, wearing lewd messages on shirts, loud phones and conversations and grunting, and even attire - are not enforced. They don't happen continuously but it's just tolerated when they do. Pls don't respond to this review with some meaningless remarks, train and empower your staff instead. Or don't, it's obviously up to you.

Great place to workout! I work out at this location with my nephew. He is disabled and relies on a wheelchair for mobility. The staff go out of their way to help him if he has any issues but more importantly they treat him with respect and dignity. All areas at this location are wheelchair accessible.

Normally a great facility but lately especially on the weekends (Sat and Sunday) employees can barely make it for 7am to let you in the door… there’s been times where every weekend it’s 7:05 or 7:15….. hopefully y’all make it 24hrs like some locations… if not might be considering switching to Anytime fitness where I don’t have to rely on someone opening the door for me.

Great atmosphere... Suggestion -- take out about half the treadmills and elliptical machines. Install more workout machines and free weights. Upgrade the message chairs. Otherwise I enjoyed visiting from another state.

The Staff is really nice but a very cheap Franchise Owner. Can't keep a good tan here. The owner doesn't keep the bulbs changed enough, that's the main reason I go. I've got a Home Gym and Treadmill @ home. Unfortunately I'll be cancelling my membership soon. Great place to get in shape. Wish they would upgrade the Shiatsu Massage Chairs, my other Planet Fitness I was going to had the new ones. Soooooo much better! And put stronger bulbs in the stand up Tanning Beds. The PF I was going to wasn't as old a location and they upgraded the Massage Chairs and kept the Tanning beds working better.

I have an account set up without my permission. I call planet fitness headquarters who informed me that it was up to the clubs but since the account was never accessed that it should be able to get my refund . So I called the local waveland location asked to speak to a manager or if not a general manager as I was instructed to do so by planet fitness corporation . But when I called they forgot to mute the phone and they filled my ears with how they feel about customers time was 9am Aug 9th. So charged for 3 months and of black card membership and a 49 annual fee when account was only open 2 months before I noticed and tryed to cancel the service I never applied to. Edited aug 17 So I contacted you through email and you've never responde and everything I call the branch I'm told they have no manager but they have a general manager that would be there on x day but every time I call back I'm told there not there and to call a different day.

We used to love coming here my wife and I were both black members. My wife decided to get a trainer again to help her with her goals. The only trainer she could get was a male. He initially complimented her. But then by the 2nd training session he was asking her to cheat on me with him. And telling her I did not appreciate her because I work offshore. This made my very shy wife not want to go back to this gym ever again. This is supposed to be a safe place for women. We'll it's not.

Update Planet fitness did the right thing and did an internal investigation found he was guilty and done this before to others and got rid of him. We will be back thanks to the professional way they handled this.

I was a little biased against Planet Fitness but for the price it's a good gym. There's no barbells but a good amount of dumbbells (up to 70lbs) and a large assortment of cardio and machines. If you want to lose weight this is a great place to start working out at.

First we enter the facility. This was probably about 5 feet away from the desk, two employees behind the desk. They was not busy, NO can I help you or hello. Had to ask for help (3 employee). We ask if we could look around. We (3 possible member). Came back to desk. Look at brochure and ask Alexis to explain the difference membership.

Your review show friendly staff. I will say Alexis was helpful when we return to front desk. Greetings and meeting customer at entrance of business can be a deal breaker.
