The Gym is awesome. The people are awesome. We travel out of state a lot and they are unable to help me pause my membership. They send you to a third party company that has a very difficult time helping. They will send you in circles. I wish I could keep my membership here but I am unable to keep spending so much time on the phone every time I need to do anything with the finance part of the membership.

DO NOT USE THIS GYM. Heed my warning! They’re honestly just out to steal your money. They make it absolutely impossible to cancel your membership. Honestly, getting a divorce is easier than canceling with this gym. No where in the agreement does it say you have to be moving 35 miles away or have a doctors note in order to cancel - and yet when you try to cancel that’s what they try to tell you. That there are these “stipulations”. I’m sorry but since when is signing up for a gym membership equal to a life-long commitment? Seems like the only way you’re getting out of this one is by being sent to your grave early. Utterly insane and incredibly disgraceful and just an all around scam of a gym/company.

Be careful before signing up here. I was shocked to get hit with a $25 late fee. That’s almost the cost of the monthly membership! 😂😂
Trying to cancel is even worse than Planet Fitness. You can’t just cancel when you want you need to show proof that you moved at least 35 miles away or have a medical condition. I was planning to take a short break and come back, but after seeing the surprise $25 fee and learning how hard it is to cancel, I’m done. Never coming back.

The gym itself is fine but the payment system is awful. I have a one year plan and so much has messed up with it. One time they double charged me on accident and left me overdrawn so my bank payed it and then later took over 100$ fee from me. Now the gym aren’t taking money from my account and started racking up fees against me. Last month I payed everything off and was told I wouldn’t owe anything but my next months payment. Well the next month rolls around and they are trying to say I owe 92$.

Premiere Lady is an excellent place to workout. While I had to cancel my membership because I don't make working out a priority in my life, the times I was there were great. Not too busy, the changing area is good, the equipment is nice and well-taken care of, and the variety of equipment was nice (good mix of smith machines and free weights). A while ago, my debit card on file expired and I completely missed the emails notifying me of the issue. Well, I called Premiere and Christy (Kristi?) helped me so much and was so kind. Definitely recommend Premiere Lady!

Really wanted to join this gym, however due to lack of staff not returning my numerous calls, and lack of staff not being there during their scheduled hours. It makes it very difficult for potentially new members to be excited about joining. Had I joined online, and didn’t try to contact them before joining, I doubt I would ever get my 24 hour access card. Staff needs to be more available, and more conscientious about potential members calling them. Considering just taking my business elsewhere.

This place is GREAT! Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Previous reviewer who said they would not let you out of a contract is IGNORANT or rules and policies. With 30 days notice, you can be gone. Besides, for the monthly fee, he probably spends more money on chewing gum (or on crack because he's a complete moron and knows nothing of what he's saying!) You won't find better prices ANYWHERE!
