Front desk lady is terrible, ALWAYS has an attitude and look on her face and is NEVERRR upfront because she’s always smoking a CIGARETTE. Can’t even speak to anyone without going to smoke. This is ridiculous

I'm new to this gym, but so far...I love it. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, lots of different equipment that is well-maintained, open 24/7 and group exercise sessions...
UPDATE: 6 mos Later: I'm VERY pleased with my membership at this gym. In my 70s, this is my 1st time in a gym! I've become familiar with much of the equipment, so that it's no longer intimidating. I've joined a group of seniors who exercise several days a week. And joined an exercise group lead by a certified trainer that also meets regularly. I've lost weight, toned up and feel better than I have in years. Thank you, Prestige!

I took my 15 year old son to a class with Sami. I didn’t tell him my son has Aspergers and there was a moment that my son took an instruction way too literal and was a bit upset. Before I could intervene to explain the situation to my son, Sami went from encouraging coach to patient teacher. Most people are quick to judge my son as rude but Sami was quick in recognizing that a different approach would work better. I have rarely encountered such genuine care and acceptance in Mississippi.
I probably wouldn’t have shared this publicly but as I was telling Vanessa about it at the front desk, she kindly asked me to give Sami the shoutout in a review. It’s the least I can do! :)

This place is Awesome, great selection of equipment, lots of equipment, clean, air conditioning.

I was visiting from out of town and although I was willing to pay for a daily pass, Prestige allowed me and my wife to use the gym for a couple of days at no charge. Although others should not expect them to always do this, I still wanted to thank them for their kindness. The gym had more than what we needed to get an amazing workout! It was clean, well organized, equipment, and so on. I have family in the area and told them all to become members. I also appreciate the Bible verse of encouragement on the wall as you walk in. God bless.

This gym is great! It is by far the most comfortable gym environment I have experienced. They have a good variety of equipment that is well maintained in addition to offering a good variety of classes at convenient times. The staff is also friendly and helpful without hovering. The locker room/bathroom has always been clean which is always a good sign.
