*The first Cycling room in the area with virtual classes (taking place in our studio).
*Group classes: Yoga (Bodybalance), Core Workout, Bodypump, The Grit, The Trip, Sprint, and RPM, and more.
*Cross-training Area.
*Free Weights Floor.
*Cardio Floor.
*Tanning beds that will be available during staff hours.

Monday - Thrusday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday - 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Sunday - Staff Out

This place is amazing! Great costumer service. I was in town for a couple of weeks and they were very accommodating. It has everything I needed for my workouts and it’s clean and pleasant.

I go here when I have to but they play bad music so loud it’s hard to hear my own air pods. I hate to be negative but it’s a problem for me!! I drive to Hernando if I have time.

Would love if you was allowed to have lights on when working out in the room where classes are held. Gives depression vibes instead of lets get going vibes . Also was told one thing by daytime workers and told something different by the afternoon worker about classes. Other than that everything was good.

Nice gym. Clean and quiet. Friendly staff. I got a month for $18. That's a great price. The other gym a few blocks away wanted $49 for one month. I'm glad I drove away from that place and came to Pure Power.

I took the 3 day trial membership to evaluate this gym. I have belonged to gyms, on and off, since 1984. I knew that this was a no-frills gym from their website. During the 3 days, I used the weights, treadmills, stationary bikes, lockers, restrooms, and showers. I talked to the staff and asked them to show me the equipment. At the end of the trial, I decided to sign up for the basic membership at $18/month. I got the first month for $9 because I set up a draft from my checking account. I figure I will give it three months and cancel if I'm not using it enough. I did not pay the additional fee for classes or tanning.
I have not seen anything at PurePower that I didn't like. The staff are friendly. The music is good. The facilities are clean. It's not far from my house. They gave me an app to use my phone to open the door. The proximity to Wal-Mart and other nearby stores makes it convenient to use it 24/7.
I highly recommend PurePower if you want a basic gym and don't want to pay for services you don't need.

I joined because they offer the spin classes, but soon realized that there is so much more. The staff/owners are amazing and help you in formulating a fitness plan just for you. I highly recommend Pure Power Fitness
