This brand allowed this franchisee owner to get away with running a scam on 40+ clients @ $399 a pop. A program that was admittedly not authorized by Workout Anytime Franchise Headquarters. When the Franchisee, Nick Parish was confronted by all of us he had scammed, he packed up, disappeared and closed the gym. That's right, this gym has closed because the owner was a shady criminal and headquarters apparently have no control of their franchise owners. The franchise headquarters is now saying it was individually owned and they are looking for a new owner and they CAN'T refund us the $ that was stolen from us. Even if this gym does reopen I will never give them another dime. I will never go to any Workout Anytime brand gyms since this is how they treat their consumers. CONSUMER BEWARE all this brand cares about is their $ gain. All in all a very bad brand and business. I would give ZERO stars. I have been as cordial as I possibly can through all this and I along with 40 others are done!!!

I observed him training individuals myself. If you look at him, he is not in shape himself to train anybody. As far as the gym goes it’s ok and convenient for me. I’m just kind of upset that the member were not notified about the gym being closed. I went this morning and found no equipment in the gym. Is this gym closing down? I wanna cancel my membership.

The owner Nick Parish is a scam artist. He scammed over 30 people out of money for a deposit on a fitness challenge that wasn't legit. He promised all those services and didn't provide them. Several people were injured because he's not a certified trainer and a person even got sick because he gave out meals plans and he's not even a certified dietitian. So if you see ads about a 6 weeks challenge for NK fitness don't fall for it because it's a scam and please be careful about weight loss ads because he uses different ones.

I would give negative stars. The owner is terrible. The gym itself is nice enough thanks to workout anytime but the owner is a scammer. The weight loss program he runs is not approved by corporate and he is not allowed to do it. I think if you were just going there for weights and machines and no advice it would be fine. He is not a certified nutritionist or trainer but will try to give you nutrition advice or lead a workout without knowledge of how to treat each body individually. He will also say something works 9/10 times with no actual basis to get you to sign something. In an effort for full disclosure I did a challenge that I did not successfully complete due to travel and the challenge being medically unsafe for many with no custom nutrition as offered. I signed under the pretense that 90% of people get through, a custom meal plan would be made and adapted periodically for ME. Almost 100% failed if not 100% during my challenge. The meal plan was generic, wack, and never customized for a second. I even had to remind them for weigh-ins instead of them helping to keep me on track. During my time the best trainer of the bunch left due to feelings of unfairness to challengers. That said alot to me. Honestly it felt a little scummy to me when I walked in and heard him talking. In my naivety and excitement to get back into the gym I signed my money away to someone who knew he lied but always cast the blame on others, while not treating us equally and talking behind our back. I would NOT use this gym under current ownership. He also commented on here himself to give himself a good review.

Nick Parrish seems genuine but tried to trick me into expensi contract and got my credit card information immediately but he left out key information that had i known i would NOT have signed papers to obligate me into a scam

I work out here. Their equipment is good and the staff is helpful, but sometimes the weights are all taken so you have to wait. It definitely has a devoted weights community here.

A week ago I would have given them five stars because of quite a few reasons. Nick and Grant made the experience and convenience of acquiring our set goals worth the decision to join there.

However yesterday a "Corporate member" wanted to implement unwritten rules and stipulations and go as far as to counter offer additional rules and stipulations with a "Pimp" option that was nothing short of insulting. My husband has been in the fitness industry for more than 20 years and while we both were members and a few of our friends joined also.... All six of us are canceling our memberships.

Poor customer/patron service is never an option with anything that we pay for.

Be weary of what your membership includes and careful when opting to pay more only to learn that the offer is made under a false pretense.

Great place to work. Small and intimate and jam packed with really good and versatile equipment. Affordable prices on their memberships as well. Worth trying out or potentially joining.

I was only in town for a week and needed a place to workout, and Grant was super awesome and got me signed up just for the week i was in town. Also all the equipment is nice and there were plenty of sanitizers and rags around to keep everything clean.

Music is often cranked up like it's a real club which is kinda overwhelming at 6AM. Customer service is mediocre. Took several calls to get my issues sorted out. You get what you pay for.

This something that I just don't like to do, but sometimes it's the only way to get what you need done. My wife and I have been members for a while, but my job had me very busy and out of town a lot and we just wasn't able to go to the gym like we wanted to but I knew that would change later next year but in the mean time I just wanted to suspend my account until we were able to start going back to the gym but I started to notice my account (bank) was coming up short and I checked it out and they were still taking money out of my account so when I got back home from out of town working I went by the gym and spoke with Grant and I had him to just cancel our membership, after I did that I checked my account and they were still taking money out of my account and I went by the gym to talk to Grant about that he claimed, that I didn't cancel my membership but I canceled my wife membership, now people what sense that makes, they took money out of my account 2 times and now he (Grant) is saying that I can't get my money back okay I know it's not a lot of money but it's my money and how this guy is going to tell me I can't get my money back and I canceled the membership, we are going to join another gym and it won't be WORKOUT ANYTIME, and I'm going to tell EVERYONE that I know how I have been treated and lied to, I'm going to get the word out every way I know how, talking to people, social media, etc.....
