Seige MMA & Performance, founded in 2024 and based in Hattiesburg, MS, is your go-to destination for high-level training and coaching services across the greater surrounding area. We specialize in MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Striking, and Sparing, offering programs for all skill levels — including Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Our diverse lineup includes Group Fitness, Group Training Sessions, Sculpt & Strengthen, and Speed Training, all designed to build strength, improve performance, and push limits. We also provide targeted Sports Performance and Football Training, including a specialized NFL Combine Program for serious athletes.

We put our 11 YO in the kickboxing class on Mondays & Wednesdays. He's been loving it so far. We are a month in & I've seen a huge improvement in his overall attitude. The coaches are absolutely amazing. Great group of guys! We are impressed with the company overall & look forward to staying with them as long as possible!

I was in town for a few days and wanted to get some work in. I called and was talking with the gym owner and he was so nice. He told me to swing by the gym first day was free and we'll work out the rest. I was there for two days. The Jiu-Jitsu class was awesome great professor and mat atmosphere. The second day was Judo. All I can say was wow my mind was blown. Changed my whole stand up game. If you live in Hattiesburg, MS and have not checked out this gym shame on you. Hey Johnny brother I owe you. Hope to meet you in the future thank you so much.
