The training of their customer service staff is lacking to say the least, and that's because their leadership from Ryan is nonexistent. He has zero customer service skills himself. I had 3 different employees tell me 3 different things concerning canceling my account, but all 3 assured me the general manager would return my call which he never did and blamed his staff for not leaving him 3 different messages. I enjoyed the facilities here, but without customer service, you can't keep a business running. I'm completely disappointed in how this has been handled.

Great place to work out. They have extensive equipment and it is well maintained. The staff are very helpful. I've been going for a year now and have dropped 50 lbs and increased my lifting by %25. They have several different classes and even a pool and Jacuzzi.

Went to the imaging part for a mammogram. Checkin was superfast and friendly. The staff in imaging were courteous, professional, efficient and friendly. The hospital made sure to provide a warm and calm environment since getting a mammo for some can be nerve-wracking. A plus...the gown wraps were heated!! The entire process from check in to being in KY car and leaving took 30 mins. So...what are YOU waiting for??? Schedule yours today!!

The ladies at the front , they need a vacation for sure !!! I don't mean to sound ugly but...... they have resting bit.. face and it's seems to be stuck. Other than that everyone is very helpful and nice. Please give them a spa day or some other helpful remedy .

Receive mail stating that I owe past due amounts from November-December.. an that it was written off as bad credit ! The collection is showing that I owe 230.. what I’m trying to figure out is I STOP working at singing river in sept 2023 before I even stop working there I went to the establishment an told a worker that I will no longer be working there so I will not be coming to the gym anymore , not once did the worker say I needed to fill out a cancel sheet ! Maybe the reason they didn’t mention the cancel sheet was bc the system was down at that time (singing river did get hack around that time ) however this is not my fault … I should have to pay no 230 ! This will not go on my credit

I noticed that the employees do not introduce themself when a new person comes to join their fitness center. I told them I was employee of the hospital , That I came to join the fitness center for the bariatric program requirements. they signed me up had me sign a piece of paper told me it would be taken out of my paycheck. Did not show me around the fitness center ,Did not explain their programs.
.Also notice every time I come in there's alot of joking around between employees at the front desk I never see anybody sanitizing equipment or walking around speaking to the Members!!

Whenever I have to do any bloodwork or tests, I always ask if it can be done at this facility. I love their friendly and professional staff. They are fast and reliable. It is so easy to get in and out of the facility, and the waiting is usually very minimal. Fast, efficient, and friendly! What more could you ask for!

The workout classes at this place are great, but the schedule doesn't really work with my job. I received an email stating the rate was going up $5/month, so I cancelled the membership as I wasn't able to go to the gym anyways. I later received several emails stating my credit card payment was returned and they would send me to collections. I responded and then followed up with a phone call. It took a while to receive a response from anyone and finally did today. I would advise everyone to take their business elsewhere as they do not respond within a timely manner and they will threaten collections over cancelled memberships.

The ladies at reception and in the lab were all friendly! The ladies in the lab got me in and out real quick yesterday; I was dropping off a urine sample for my mom. I had to take my mother for lab work on Monday; the technicians were very good; they took their time and explained what they were doing and made sure she understood what she needed to do.

Very happy with the layout and available exercise equipment options especially with my father whom I'm a full-time caregiver for is able to choose from close to 20 different exercise machines that is geared for anyone who might not be ab abled bodied adult such as his case where he is only able to use only his right side because his dominant side his left side he lost mobility of during his stroke. And it's NEVER crowded in there maybe 3 people at any given time.

This is a wonderful location, clean and friendly. They have a pool, a fair sized amount of cardio and weight equipment, and they offer various classes. There are some day-use lockers, or you can rent for a small fee on a monthly basis. They do have towels for use by customers.
