I Told ghem I was in town about 2 weeks out of a month to be with my mom since I retired and she worked with me on a temporary pass. The facility is well kept and the staff is Awesome! I’m still learning my way around but i get to keep my fitness routine when I’m Away From Home And I Love it. All I can say is they’re nyhe best. Thanks For Taking Out Time With this Senior Lady.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I told them I'd only be in town for a couple of weeks so they worked with me and gave me a temporary card and refunded me $20 when i returned it.

The owners are amazing. They genuinely want to ensure that people have an amazing space to get a great workout in! I’m a travel nurse who always comes home to Brookhaven a few times a year, and we wouldn’t work out anywhere else. The facility is super clean and has a really nice selection of equipment for both strength training and cardio. Definitely recommend!!

Had $100 in cash to pay for a couples membership and they only take their payment on cards plus you can go over to the kdmc fitness center and for only $65 a month for couple that's $102 at first to activate your card but each month they charge $65 a month and you get a pool and tons more exercise equipment then snap fitness and 24/7 access.

The gym is clean. The employees are friendly and helpful. Anythony is one of the trainers and he will definitely push you to go beyond your limits but you'll be glad you did. They have a variety of machines to help you work on whatever you need to. Plus they're open 24/7!
