My sidekick and I have a great time working out the gym. They have a kids' space, but she wants to be next to me and do her floor exercises. They also have an Aquatic Center, open during the summer months. Swim lessons are offered to those who have base access for a fee.

This place is like a planet fitness. The staff think they are gods here. Tell the military members who use it they are being too loud when motivating each other, tell you to stop slamming weights when you fail on your last rep, and get annoyed when you ask the trainers for workout advice.

Pretty cardio focused fitness center, two squat cages with attached deadlifting platforms, two flat (not adjustable) benches, one incline, one decline, one OHP and one Smith machine. Overall decent for the size of the gym itself, plenty of machines to help with the lack of free weights. Dumbbells go up to 120's. Plenty of treadmills, stationary bikes and rowing machines. Staff is always very friendly as far as I've seen. They no longer close 13-14 for cleaning, and are open to all authorized patrons throughout the day.

Nice facility clean, has everything one would want in a gym. However has to be the quietest gym in the DoD. Reminds me of when I picked someone up from a Curves once.
