This is an endorsement for the Reformer classes with Natasha Smith. I’ve been attending regularly over the past several weeks and am so much stronger for it. She gets you to work, and it’s worth it! I drive an hour just to take her class, and it’s the highlight of my week.

I’m giving 2 stars. As a business whether small or big you should be very vocal about how you run your business. I don’t live in Columbus but I wanted to try to support a smaller business and I really wanted to do Pilates. Yesterday I purchased a $5 pop in which had no description as to what I should expect or how to go about it after purchase. I called yesterday for hours (with the phone number that is listed on Google under their business information) my call would ring then someone kept sending me to voicemail. Their hours were 830am-1pm so I left it alone and just told myself to call the next day. They opened at 830am, I started calling at 845am. The phone rings and then the call just starts to be ignored. So I decide to drive to Columbus to see if I could speak with someone. There was a class going on and I guess they don’t have a receptionist and only have instructors who run the business. The instructor over the class Kat Grooms gave me a pen and a card to write my name and number on and stated she would called me. Hours went back and I still hadn’t heard from her. The crazy thing is she just contacted me back right at this moment. I wrote their business page yesterday before because there is no other way to contact the business. They responded to me way before I got a response back from Kat Grooms. They stated they don’t have a local phone and it’s better to contact them through social media. These are things you have listed, these are things you let people know. Regardless of it being $5 or not if I paid for a service at your facility and I have question I should be able to reach out very easily and I was unable to do so. Everyone doesn’t live local so this was my first impression of this business. I give businesses a chance and once you show me you don’t care or not capable of doing what should be done then I take my business elsewhere. $5 is not a big deal to but my service and time is.

Studio Pilates has quickly become one of my favorite things about Columbus, if not my favorite. As someone new to Reformer Pilates, I understand how nerve-wracking it can be to try it out for the first time. However, I truly believe that there is no better place to start your Pilates journey than Studio Pilates with Laura and her amazing team of instructors. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, they will help you customize your workout to your level and ensure you stay challenged!
I also really enjoy the Sculpt Pilates (mat Pilates) classes with Morgan and the Barre classes with Aly! Your booty and legs will both hate you and love you after those classes.
Lastly, do NOT sleep on the Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST) sessions with Laura! Your life will forever be changed after one session with her (and you’ll be hooked).

I’m so glad Studio Pilates is in Columbus!! I’ve had classes under three of the instructors and all are fabulous—they manage beginners and pros with kindness and grace. If you want a place that both makes you strong and helps you relax, you need to come!
