We offer personal training, small group personal training, HIIT style bootcamps, small group youth fitness classes and nutrition counseling. As an older client with Multiple Sclerosis Anthony has been knowledgeable, patient and willing to research possible better modality for me. I have been with him for the last 7 years. Initially in person. Now via Zoom. Jealous for the people who get him in-person. Strongly recommend Sua Sponte Fitness.

I started my fitness journey almost 5 years ago under the training of Coach Anthony at the age of 61. Having never been in a gym before, he was very patient and encouraging during the first 2 years of personal training. He gave me the confidence to continue to train in a group setting. The members celebrate goals that we achieve and support times that we struggle. Coach Anthony is able to coach us individually, not only in technique but also the how and why of the movements. He's also very knowledgeable about nutrition. This world of fitness, under the supervision of Coach Anthony, has aloud me to play with my grandchildren, whether we're on the floor reading books or chasing them in the park. I no longer have osteoporosis. I feel stronger and have more energy than most 66 year olds. Thank you Coach Anthony and my Fit Family of Sua Sponte!

I have been training with Anthony for almost 3 years now. I wouldn't pick anyone else to help assist me achieve my goals. He pays close attention to form to ensure proper safety and technique with all lifts and movements. This gym is perfect for the newbies or experienced athletes. The group training and atmosphere makes going to the gym enjoyable!

If you're looking for small-group strength-training classes, I highly recommend Sua Sponte Fitness and Coach Anthony Campbell. I've been going for more than a year now. Coach Anthony is very knowledgeable and great at explaining how to lift safely. He's also careful about knowing your specific limitations (from injuries, etc.) and tailoring things for your individual capabilities. His gym is a welcoming, caring, and supportive environment for people who are starting with zero experience (like I was).

I have been working out with Coach Anthony for several months now, and I feel myself getting stronger all the time. Coach Anthonyβs teaching style and the small group setting have been a perfect fit for me. The sessions are low key and reasonably paced, but with great energy and lots of motivation from Coach and my fit pals to push myself to be better each time. Come check it out!

Coach Anthony is not only a knowledgeable personal trainer, heβs also incredibly patient (especially with people like me who ask a million questions). He pushes you to challenge yourself while always prioritizing safety and good form. Both he and the other gym members provide a welcoming environment to newcomers. The overall environment is focused on learning and personal growth rather than competition. I highly recommend Sua Sponte to all genders, ages, and fitness levels!

Sua Sponte Fitness is the perfect gym for someone looking for long term, sustainable fitness. The small group personal training class is programmed like a personal training session but without the awkward one-on-one structure. Coach Anthony is truly kind, knowledgeable, and more concerned for consistency and growth than perfection and intensity. He carefully considered stretching and programming for each of us and considers our individuals goals. He kindly guides us through the work to better learn form. The programming is approachable, but also designed to intentionally to develop strength and mobility with consistency over time. I never dread going no matter how I feel that day, and the atmosphere is encouraging.

Great trainer! Anthony pushes you to do your best. Safety and control is always important to me, especially since my kids workout as well. His first goal is to teach gym safety and he makes sure you are always moving correctly! If you are looking for a personal trainer or classes, check Coach Anthony out!
