I have been a member of the Compound Fitness Studio since 2015 (consecutively) and Ty is by far the BEST trainer I've ever had! He's consistent, knowledgeable and truly cares about the progress of his clients! Everyday is a "BEAST MODE" day when working out with him! I found The Compound to be a great overall experience. Iβm into Holistic Health and Wellness and Tyrone incorporates lifestyle changes such as eating healthy, daily movement, intermittent fasting, and also how to keep a healthy immune system by adding essential vitamins, minerals, and herbs. My whole family enjoys training at The Compound and we will continue to build and grow there .
