I almost never leave reviews, but this gym has been the worst business experience in 13 years of consistently training and using gyms. As a multi-business owner and former NASM-certified head trainer who has worked with hundreds of clients, I’m very familiar with how a well-run gym should operate.
At this gym, members are routinely overcharged or randomly charged, key access constantly malfunctions, and staff either have no answers or no interest in fixing it. The vending machine can take your money and the staff will not open it or provide a refund. Equipment is poorly maintained, and in two years the only “upgrade” has been a cheap-feeling glute machine that adds no real value.
The staff show little communication, respect, or basic customer service, and most regulars I talk to report the same ongoing issues. Because of the consistent billing problems, lack of accountability, and neglected equipment, anyone who values their money and time should join a different gym.

The new owners are awesome! The equipment is in good shape and CLEAN! People are friendly and knowledgeable. They have classes for all ages, including silver sneakers. I am very pleased.

Love the place Lil you’ve done an amazing job ; always on top of everything keeping equipment , classes , equipment etc running smoothly ! Thanks for putting so much heart into this beautifully put together gym ! Dnt miss out because of one day wonders( those show up once but never again ) visitors lol try it out and fall in love !

The gym was super clean so not sure about the reviews before and the equipment is all very nice , stand up and lay down tanning beds to boot ! Not like most small town gyms where you have to create your workouts because lack of equipment , there’s everything you need and more , no matter male or female beginner or veteran you’ll love this gym , and did I mention how affordable too , don’t miss out get a great workout around great people !

I would recommend The Gym because of their comment to our community and their partnership with the local woman's recovery centers.. The staff has been very helpful everytime I've needed them.. Great training too! I've lost over 50 pounds since June!

If you're not looking to workout, get sweat soaked, and downright unpleasantly aromatic, YOU PROBABLY DON'T NEED TO BE IN A GYM.
Perhaps find somewhere with "Health Club" in the title
Lillian has turned this place around to help those who want it, and did away with the selfie shop!
Everyone must help keep it clean for example the two teenagers who traded working out to pick up and rerack weights last week, 1am in the morning.

I agree this gym has potential. However, its dirty. The person sits at the desk and if you can't hire a cleaning crew, do some while you're there rather than just sit. Tanning bed runs out of paper towels often. Weights need to be reracked, insuring this happens is part of the staff responsibility.

Nasty person, Horrible experience. I am a Senior citizen and had to take a police officer to cancel a contract I never signed under the New Owners.There is a 3rd Part Financial Institution who play off each other and avoid cancellation. I was denied access and was not notified of the fingerprint change and there was no one there when I tried to go. It ended up costing me 88$ for not even so much as a card key to the gym. It is a nice gym, but not worth the financial liability and hidden tricks. Compassionless owners. I had major health issues which prevented me from going.
I paid almost a year with no access and I assumed I was not a member. AFTER my card expired the fees and charges were 4 months membership. It's not a crime in Mississippi therefore I believe they know what they are doing. Not worth hiring a lawyer. Cheaper to pay the Crooks. They have to pay for the two Cadillacs somehow I guess. It's a scam in my opinion. Yoga Classes define OXYMORON in the situation.
They could care less about your well being. Their actions prove money is all they are interested in.
Refused to show me the alleged contract. BE SURE TO READ IT! What they tell you can be anything. In Mississippi you are responsible for what you sign.

Okay gym small but has alot of potential! I like it here. But could use alot of cleaning and re racking of weights and maybe more staff or at least one janitor. But as the looks of it they probably won't hire anyone else.
